Excellent location As an American, I like my AC. Although there, it isn’t what I’m used to at home

Loved the spa, the AC was amazing, staff were helpful and polite, location is amazing, bed was very comfortable. I wished the would arrange for taxis for departure, but that’s a minor critique. Perhaps a 24 hr reception as well.

The spa was amazing. And the location was central. It was cold, the heater in the bedroom didn’t work and the blankets were thin. The pillow weren’t very comfortable (hard and flat) and half of them were lumpy.

The location

Location and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We felt safe and taken care of. The bed was comfortable The hair dryer didn't work, the safe didn't work properly, the refrigerator wouldn't close after being open. The wardrobe was full of dirty towels from previous guests. Spa has a max capacity and needs to be booked. We paid extra to use it an hour a day and we're unable to even see the spa. Again the staff was lovely just needs some updates and adjust the cost along with the spa accessibility.

Friendly receptionist but the rules regarding the spa were a bit arbitrary. The spa was completely unbooked the whole day and we were told under no circumstances could we book two different slots. The location however was perfect. Rooms are quite small but everything is clean. Spa rules regarding children and how many times one could go. The mini pool is why we booked the hotel and only two of us used it for about 30 minutes.

the location was nice and central wifi didn’t work. no phone service in the building. the credit card machine couldn’t work because of the wifi so we had to come back 3 different times to try again (30+ min each time) the room was extremely small and the water quality was so bad it wouldn’t even wash the product out of our hair. super over priced for the size of room.

Perfect location in a quiet & lovely street only 3 blocks away of Piazza Navona. Very next to restaurants & shops and walking distance to almost every place of interest in Rome. Room was tidy & clean, but found it with very little natural light. But overall a good room with a very comfy bed in a very nice street close to everything. Little natural light & the bathroom had only the option of turning on the light with the ventilator which was very noisy. Also would have loved less white lights and more warm lights.

The hotel was so adorable. It was conveniently located next to many restaurants and walkable to other parts of Rome.

The windows were too small, and the room was dark. I could hear my neighbors.

The only good thing about this place is its location. The receptionist could be more friendly and accomodating. The room could be better renovated and cleaner. There is no breakfast. There is no room for luggage. The check out times are way too early at 10.30.

Charming place in a great location; quick access to several landmarks, shopping, and restaurants.

All hosts was so kind welcoming and so helpful at all times. The spa was very relaxing. I don't have any negative feedback. Everything was perfect.

I really like this hotel. Its nice and near everything. I like that its somewhat small. That bathrooms and wifi were great. The bed sheets smelled way too strong of detergent. Please use less. If a fabric smells, you should wash with vinegar, then wash again with detergent. I think they overcompensated on detergent.
