Navona Central Relais

This location can’t be beat! Opens right to a perfect street with food, cafes, and bars. 17 minute walk to any of the tourist sites in any direction. Host was friendly, accommodating, and helpful!

The property is very clean. The room is spacious, modern, and clean, located in a very central area near the train station, bus, and taxi stands. Restaurants surround it, and a lively piazza is just steps away, which remains lively until 1am The staff members are very friendly and helpful. They are available whenever needed by call or text. Manisha is fantastic and is always there in the morning to help with any housekeeping needs. There is a coffee and tea machine, along with a mini fridge stocked with water and soda, replenished daily. Most importantly, if you are traveling during the summer heat, you will be welcomed into a clean, cool, air-conditioned room.

Room was extremely hot, AC was not working propertly Not sure why my reservation showed as a no show when we did, for this reason I could not even double check the payment needed for city taxes

Not clean, dirty, bugs. There are no sheets for the bedding. Bathroom doesnt have place to put shampoo.

Communication with Giorgia and Manisha was great! The room was clean and had everything we needed (minibar, safe, TV, desk, kettle, etc.). The negative point was the noise outside, as the property is located in a very busy area with lots of bars and restaurants. It was impossible to leave the window open and even closed sometimes was possible to hear the noise outside.

I like to where it was located. Very simple layout with everything you need. Clean The AC wasn’t the best. Worked when It wanted to.

What a gem! The location is amazing, right in the heart of everything in Rome. The bed was comfy. It was clean. My wife and I absolutely loved it and highly recommend it to everyone.

The location was terrific. It was so easy to walk to the parts of Rome we wanted to see, and the Taxi stand was not far away. It was right near Piazza Navona, of course, but also near lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, and a short walk to Castel Sant'angelo. The bathroom was pretty good. The room was a little small, the window small. We put our suitcases on the couch rather than unpack in any way.

Room was spacious! Perfect location. Central to everything within walking location! Slightly noisy in front with shops/restaurants!

The room was lovely and right in the center of everything. 25 min walk to the Colosseum, 20 min walk to the Vatican, 15 min walk to the Trevi Fountain - a very central location with restaurants straight downstairs. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very minor, but prior to check in I found it difficult to receive responses from the owner. I had to reach out to Booking.com in order to receive a response..

Located near everything we needed- restaurants, bars, coffee were all within steps. Near the Piazza Navona which was beautiful & lively. Beds were comfy. It’s up 3 flights of stairs with a tiny elevator.

Great location, close to many restaurants and piazza Navono. Central location, made it easy to get to the Pantheon, Coliseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, etc. The staff was easy to get a hold of and Daneile was very accommodating and friendly. Some Ubers found it difficult to get to, other than that, no major issues.

If you need public transportation - the bus stops are just in 5 mins walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly. Can be noisy in late evening hours on weekends, more quiet on working week eves.

Exactly as described. In the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and adequate.

The bed and pillows were good. Having the extra seating of the couch was nice. The location is amazing. The number of codes/keys to get in was a lot after getting off a redeye. It was frustrating, but got it after the first two times. A shelf in the shower would have been nice, so didn't have to put things on the floor of the shower. Neighborhood is super noisy.

Location was fabulous just a short walk to Piazza Navona. We were easily able to walk to all the major sites - nothing more than 1.5 miles away. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was fully renovated. We had a tour on our last day and Daniel let us store our bags til the afternoon. It was very complicated to find the unit once in the building as you had to wind around stairs to a second elevator and the hallways weee very dark - overall felt a bit claustrophobic. The diagram sent down the automatic check in should have been more descriptive with text to describe as both pictures look the same. The owner was there in the mornings only. He was very pleasant when we saw him but wish he had been more responsive to messages sent via Booking.com.
