Adrianus Hotel

Α very cosy hotel in the best spot of Rome. Staff was very polite and helpful! Noise from the street,even though there was good soundproofing. There were renovation works in the building during our stay from 8 in the morning. We could not sleep. That was unacceptable.

Superb location. Spacious and hot shower Bed was a little firm and left my back aching. There was also maintenance that started in either the room next door or above by 8am in the morning (hammer and drilling). 8am is usually fine but not when I’m on an escape away from my kids!

The location was excellent and near all the sites we planned to see. The room was kept very clean and service was excellent. The room was upgraded and comfortable. We were provided with fresh towels every day along with a house coat. Internet service was good. The room had a closet but no other place to put your clothes. There were no drawers to put your clothes. We had to keep them in our suitcase. There is an elevator but it only goes to two floors. It is very small and used mainly by staff to haul cleaning supplies. We had to carry our bags up and down 4 sets of stairs to get to our room. With 50 lb. bags this can be a challenge for seniors. On easter week the crowds we large in Rome. The partying outside continued until early in the morning and the noise level was high. Our room was reasonably sound proof and this did not present an issue.

great location, clean room hard to find , have to read the check in directions carefully because they are at another building a few blocks away, but once we found it they were very helpful and accomodatioing

Location was fabulous, convenient for everything central, the staff were friendly and helpful, cleaning service was excellent, comfortable beds, good shower. We had an interior room (4) so it was quite dark and no view. Renovation work going on next door so quite noisy in the mornings - not the hotel's fault obviously, but woke us up.

Fantastic place to stay, good location! Found finding the property alittle different, read carefully about the check in information.

Breakfast was adequate with sufficient choice. but if you are leaving for an early morning flight, they provide dry packed items. The day before our departure, at about 2030 hrs I checked why the packed item was not delivered. The person on duty mentioned that he had no intimation of keeping packed items ready. Thereafter, he put together some items and delivered to our room. We expect better communication between the teams servicing guest. However, in other maters, except check in process, things were OK. Check in process was horrific. The property does not have a check in desk. In fact if you arrive directly, you cannot even enter the property and would have to stand on the street outside. You have to contact Navona Theater Hotel and the number given on booking.com is +390668211350. When we arrived, we contacted this number. After ringing repeatedly, we were dismayed to hear the fax tone. After a struggle for over an hour, I finally sent a E-Mail to the property. Meanwhile after struggling to locate the Navona Theater Hotel, I arrived there to find that the check in desk was unmanned. Actually the lady at the desk had set out to the Adrainus Hotel in response to my mail. After some time she came back and thereafter my check in process started. The actual number the lady shared with me is +390668892821.

The room was extremely clean and stylish, and very well equipped. The location is great and really speaks for itself. Best of all, though, Giuseppe and Marco went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming and made the visit a pleasure from start to finish.

The room was very comfortable, plenty of space, and a nice bathroom (very nice shower...quick hot water and fast drain). The staff were all wonderful and helpful. Not only were the front desk staff great, but the housekeeping staff were always so friendly and just wonderful people. The only real part that I did not like was the wifi. When it worked, it was great, but it was inconsistent (goes in and out often...I don't think I had consistent wifi for longer than 10 minutes at a time). Thankfully, I didn't need it much on this trip, but for those needing it often, you may want to discuss with hotel about possible solutions.
