Perfect location and everyone was so kind!!

Our room was just lovely. We do have to walk up some stairs to get to it but that’s the way it is in Europe. We were expecting it. We had a room with a large bed and a twin size bed for our granddaughter and we’re more than comfortable Nothing. The people were wonderful and the room was very nice.

Gorgeous room and view! Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Bedding for the fold out couch would’ve been helpful to have in the room.

Very clean It was hard find. There is no sign outside

Loved this place! Cool spot off a side street right in piazza navona. Great location! 20 min walk from everything you really want to see. Even the Vatican. It was clean and spacious and the hosts were great! We definitely would stay here again.

The building is older ( you are in Rome for expect this) and we didn’t really have windows in our room, but the Hub Navona is well maintained and clean. At night, we turned in early on a weekend and you could hear a little nighttime restaurant noise but we just used a sound machine to fall asleep.

The location and the staff— very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Rens who welcomed us and helped ( with carrying our luggage up a few stairs and called our taxi to the airport) during our short stay. Only a block from Piazza Navona- you are in the center of restaurants, stores and very close to the Pantheon. The room and the bathroom was very clean! The building is older ( you are in Rome for expect this) but the Hub Navona is well maintained and clean. Next time will try to book early to get a room with a window to the outside but I am just grateful to get a room that can accommodate 3 adults!

We felt like the picture of the room did not match the room. In addition, we spent about two hours the night before we checked in looking for the bed-and-breakfast. It’s right in the middle of a popular dining area, which was great. However, the entrance is a door with absolutely no signage whatsoever. You walk through the door and it’s a very old looking, extremely worn area/empty room. You then climb a flight of stairs that look like they have been there since medieval times and have not been cleaned. The worst part was the breakfast! You had to sit on your bed to eat your piece of toast that was supposed to be a ham and cheese sandwich. It had a slice of the thinnest piece of ham ever and a small amount of cheese in a Panini. The food we would rate at a zero. (Only ate there the first morning.) Not at all what you would expect from a bed and breakfast! The rooms were nice. Alissia at check-in was wonderful. She was very empathetic to our complaints. But we felt the website had a very inaccurate description of the B&B. If you want to be in the middle of things, stay there as it is a great location. If you want a authentic, Bed & Breakfast vibe or a hotel vibe, this is definitely not your place. The website description could’ve been better. It would have been very beneficial to know there was no signage on the door and that it was in the middle of a dining area. It was very difficult to find. Even our cab driver couldn’t find it and we had the address. The breakfast needs a 100% overhaul. It would be much nicer to have a small room with some tables and chairs for breakfast then sitting in your room, eating it on your bed.
