The care and attention from every member of the team at Hotel Raphael is unmatched. Our stay was exceptional and highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful. Lovely art work and furniture. Exceptionally clean. The staff was not only very helpful, they made us feel at home. Truly amazing customer service. Great breakfast and the location is excellent. Walkable to many sites and near public transportation. The area was safe and beautiful, near many restaurants and bars. I would definitely return if I visit Rome in the future.

Second time here. Excellent location. Noisy in the back street at night and first thing in the morning. Amazing breakfast with a harp playing every morning. Was a dream! Fabulous roof top for sunset drinks. Lovely spot! Didnt love our room as much on the second floor. Forgot to request higher floor. Quite noisy on the back street at night and first thing in the am

Staff was excellent, very hospitable. Bed was amazing and I thought mine at home was great. Traveled for my birthday and was welcomed with a wonderful bottle of wine and a plate of delicious treats in my room. First time in Roma, when I return I will not stay anywhere else. That I did not book my stay for longer.

The breakfast service starts at 7:00 a.m., and we had to leave for the airport at 7:30 a.m. However, by 7:20 a.m., much of the food was still not ready, and the staff appeared unprepared and disorganized. This was disappointing and not consistent with the standards expected from a Relais & Châteaux hotel. When booking a five-star hotel — especially a Relais & Châteaux property — guests naturally have certain expectations. For example, one does not simply expect a clean bathroom, but also one free from persistent unpleasant odors. These are certainly not minor details, but fundamental standards

The decor and details which make the difference . On thé street side could be noisy Welcome to Roma . Ice cream not great .

This was, perhaps, the best hotel stay of my entire life. I have been a Hilton Diamond and Platinum member and stayed at some of the finest (and most famous) hotels in the world. The Fontainebleau in Miami, The Plaza in NYC, and dozens upon dozens of boutique hotels that pride themselves on service and amenities, and none could hold a candle to our experience at The Raphael. From it;s location next to the Santa Maria della Pace and just steps from the Piazza Nevona, to the complimentary cappuccino and mini eclairs we were served while waiting for our bags to be brought to our room, this was simply a dream stay. And all for a price that was lower than my favorite budget hotel in Brooklyn. Nothing! This place is perfect. The rooms are modern, the art is exquisite, the staff is lovely and friendly and always greets you with a "Buongiorno" or "Bonasera". Please do not change a thing, as I am sure we will be back!

We stayed here for our Rome wedding. Fantastic hotel. The staff are wonderful. The room was perfect for getting ready and they have Dyson hairdryers! Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. There was nothing I did not like. From arrival to departure, this hotel is top notch. Upon arrival they provided snacks and drinks while we waited. The little extras in our room were appreciated.

This hotel is as amazing as I remembered it after visiting almost 20 years ago. Perfectly situated near the Piazza Novana, this hotel is luxurious while being centrally located. We felt tucked away from noise and crowd while being able to see everything on one of the best roof-top restaurants. The room was large, fitted with modern appliances and super comfortable beds and bedding. Amenities were luxurious, with Bulgari shampoos and lotions. The staff were so helpful and recommended a perfect restaurant for authentic Italian food and pizza. We wished we could have stayed much longer! Nothing!
