Hotel Nizza Roma

The location, the cleanliness and the prompt response to requests. The one front desk black female's attitude. She gave me a negative response to all my requests to fix the sink and the fridge in the room. The next day I spoke with the manager and he was very attentive and fixed the problem immediately.

Location and the breakfast included. There's was a nice quantity and variety in the breakfast, and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The room had footprints on the walls, the floor felt dirty, the bathroom door was broken, the fridge didn't work and we requested several times to have it replaced or repaired but nothing was made. The a/c didn't work because of italian law that prevents to turn it on before summer (and there was a heat wave in rome). We asked for new towels and they put the same ones again. They gave a very little pouch of soap for having a shower that barely was enough for 1 bath a day, and with 33°C outside was quiet difficult to not have more than one shower... and it wasn't cheap to stay there...

I arrived at the hotel on the day of check-in, but I was refused access to my room because the reservation was under the name “Ika Gardava” while my passport says “Irakli Gardava”. This is the same Booking.com account name I have been using for years without any issues. I was left waiting at the reception for more than 2 hours, with no solution offered. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com informed me in advance that a name change was mandatory for this type of property. Because of this situation, I was forced to book and pay for another hotel for the night. When I returned the next day, the hotel told me that my reservation had been cancelled because I did not stay the night, even though the reason I did not stay was entirely their refusal to check me in. I am now only requesting a full refund, as the service was never provided. This situation was handled unprofessionally and caused unnecessary stress, extra expenses, and inconvenience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to Rome Termini+ Metro. Safe area. Good restaurants nearby. Has a lift. Breakfast was good. Has a Kettle in the room. Room was small. Shower was extremely small. If shower doors weren't positioned just right, the bathroom floor would be covered in water.

The bathroom did not work during my entie stay. I did bring it up to the staff but nothing was done. There was signa of mold on the walls and the AC never worked

No A/C in the rooms so it becomes extremely hot. And the room are really old, needs to be upgraded.

The disrespectful manner of the hotelier speaks in a provocative manner as if looking to create a proble In this hotel, guests cannot pray, prayer is not allowed

In short: don’t book this hotel unless you absolutely have to.

The location is ideal near the Roma Termini train station. There are cute restaurants nearby as well. The employees were fantastic! The beds and the shower. The building is noisy and the doors don’t feel like they securely close, but they do.

The location was wonderful. The staff was really great and welcoming. I felt invited to stay after I checked out and had to wait around forever for my flight. Good water pressure in the shower. The beds are old and have significant dents where a thousand people have slept. The first shower I had was okay, and the second was very uncomfortable.

The location was geat and a good value for the price. Honestly, some staff members treatment, the staff memeber who checked us in was not nice at all, he didnt treat us well and at some point he was even rude. And its so noisy at night

Location No hot water, not too clean,

The location is only a few blocks from the train station, yet no noise or traffic. The price was great as was the staff. After almost two weeks of traveling, a staff member found a laundry within a 5 minute walk. We were also only about 20 minutes from the Colosseum and Forum on foot. Lots of restaurants within easy distance. Not really a dislike, but a comment. The building is old and upkeep is spotty. Our room, for example, had loose moulding around the door and the refrigerator only worked sporadically (but we kept perishables in the office fridge).

Was no air-conditioned (they did have a big fan in the room).

The receptionist Thomas was wonderful and very helpful. Thank you Thomas ? The place is quite noisy. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The ham and cheese are very poor quality. Coffee and Croissants aren’t tasty. They were out of yogurt.
