In the morning, my whole floor was wet with water. I got out of bed and there was water everywhere

Just the breakfast was a little poorly with out salted stuff, Like eggs or same meat.

Nowhere to put soap in shower. You said they offered shuttle service but they do not

Air conditioning was on but was not able to cool the room below 88f degrees. Notified front desk and they knew about it. States when the hotel is full and it’s hot outside, the upper floor doesn’t get cooled. Offered a fan to help cool. Not acceptable.

The room was "broken". You couldn't even close the bathroom door completely. The air-condition only made sounds, no cooling at all (it said 29°C), so we had to sleep with the windows open to the loud Rome. The bedspreads had big torn holes in them.

The AC didn't work, toilet didn't work, room smelled of cigarette smoke, cigarette burns in the bedding. I couldn't stay here with my 9 month old baby due to the smoke smell, and ended up finding another room at a different hotel.

The whole hotel smelled very bad. It felt musty and smelled like sewage. The bathroom stank.

It was a very hard bed and breakfast was not that good and the pipelines in the shower need to be cleaned
