It was near metro and train station and their 24 hr service was very good

Clean, Great Location and great Customer Service!! Too small, Beds take 85% of the area in the apt. Mini fridge didn’t keep anything cold. Shower didn’t have any curtains, it spills water all over the bathroom when bathing

Great location juat, and good price-location. Old things, and bad WiFi. There are like 4 hotels in one, outside it says “Hotel Altavilla” so no much easy to find.

They did not answer my emails and the noise in the bathroom makes me difficult to sleep.

Run down, everything was worn out smells like mold.

The location was perfect, you could even move around on foot. The room was not very clean, the beds were not comfortable.

Great location Because of the location beside Termini and two lines of metro it wasn't the quietest of places.

Location close to termini station Old, furniture is almost broken, bad shower, elevator so bad! Bad smell. Pictures are not even close to the real room
