I have been there for the last 20 years Every thing is ok
-
I love the place except the cleaning lady who was mean. Throw all hair items( hair straightener) in the Pedi. Close to Termini station

It was clean . But super old inside ! Rooms were very old it needs to be renovated! When entering ng the room there was a bit of a misty smell. The toilet bowl was in your shower!
-
Very old. Not very clean.

The location was fantastic! Literally a 5min walk to Roma Termini. The staff were really nice and were able to accommodate our requests. The room and building looked more dated than expected, but everything worked. AC during the summer was also appreciated. The room was more dated than expected, and there was no bath rug provided so bathroom floor was a little bit slippery. The room was not well lit too, but that's something you can bare with.
-
Only the location was good The room was dirty. We had to find our own supplies. The toilet was inside the shower and there was mold everywhere
-
Really friendly and helpful staff, Hotel had all the basic needs to be budget friendly and providing good services at the same time
-
The WiFi didn’t work properly in my room. The room was everything I needed for the weekend but it looked so old and outdated, they would benefit a lot from making the place look nicer
-
Nothing The bath is not confortable, no desk in the room, no hot water and problems with water pressure

The hotel is Israeli haters, don't come here. We literally felt a threat to our life since the situation in Israel. When we ordered this place we got a response in Arabic, even though we made a reservation in English. When we tried to contact the hotel no answer came from them for more than a week, we tried to contact booking that also couldn't contact them ,in the end I tried to cancel and get a refund which took about another week to get an answer and got rejected in the end. Even after the rejection the hotel still didn't contact us. I don't recommend to stay at this place if you are a Jewish or Israeli be careful.

Apart from location the hotel needs a lot of architectural work and should be organized and could be done easily if they rely on a professional architect the hotel is totally not organized and need rehabilitation, room furniture should be better and bathroom should be changed totally
-
The location and the staff they where helping and effective. The night shift reception clerk Shakil was very responsive to our inquiry , helpful and respectful. Which make us ignoring the lake of maintenance in the electric socket in the room only the bathroom hair dryer's socket was useful fortunately to charge our Phone.

Very poor
-
The worst experience ever. Depilated walls, Brocken electric sockets. Very outdated environment. Probably never renovated since 1980’s. And we paid 100EUR a night.
