Property was clean and close to all famous Roman sites. Breakfast was basic and didn’t cater for people who have dairy allergies..

The staff were polite and helpful. The location is great, very close to Rome Termini station and with a good selection of restaraunts nearby. Everything was kept very clean. Overall I would recommend this hotel due to it's location. Breakfast was a good selection, on day one the bacon was well cooked and crispy but the other two mornings it was undercooked and greasy. The room size was reasonable but the door to the bathroom didn't close properly. It was too big for the frame. We did report it but it wasn't repaired.

A short walk from Rome Termini station. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, TV was easy to watch with some English stations, or stations that could be listened to in English. Very clean, nice breakfast included. It was a little more than I would have liked to have paid, but it was very convenient and a good stay.

We had the Cavour suite for a week and it was well worth it. The location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, there was choice every day for breakfast and our bed was larger than some hotel rooms. The complimentary mini bar was a great touch and much appreciated. The suite comprised a living space with dining table and chairs, sofa bed for our teenager made up to a double, sky tv (not that we watched any with the views) good size dressing room and bathroom, large master bedroom and the outdoor terrace was equal size with lounge set immediately outside on the lower terrace and rocking chairs on the raised terrace with the hot tub. The views from the terrace were wonderful but the hot tub was the cherry on top. It was our first visit to Rome but won’t be the last and will definitely book this suite again. The pictures attracted us when we first booked the hotel but even as good as they were, didn’t do it justice and had to be seen to be believed. Everything was good.

location, value for money, breakfast in my opinion, room 511 does not fit the description of Deluxe Double. the ventilation/air conditioning blows directly on one of the beds, and on summer days you can''t stand the heat without it (a big headache in the morning). the toilet is very close to the sink, if you are larger you simply won't fit in that space and be comfortable

The size of my room was decent and staff were very friendly and buffet breakfast had a decent amount of selection. This hotel is due for a major upgrade and I’m very surprised how they have managed to keep their 4 star rating. The room was a decent size however wasn’t even able to turn my air conditioner off unless I switched the power of it off from the switch board in room which then stopped power going to certain power points. Wasn’t impressed with hotel lobby, as was able to see all computers, cables and paperwork when passing the main desk (Not very professional looking at all)

Good location near the Termini train station. Local restaurants close by. I had asked for twin beds which they’d approved but then when we arrived there was no confirmation so I had to get the couch bed made up !!!

The location was excellent — just a 10-minute walk from Termini station with luggage, and perfectly central for sightseeing. We could easily walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, and more. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was good, and the staff were friendly. The room was quite small compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Italy. The biggest issue was the noise — even with the windows and shutters closed, street noise from Via Cavour (including trams and frequent sirens) made sleeping difficult, especially the first night. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in our room (306) or our friends’ room (318). Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

I thought it was nice and clean. There is probably comparable hotels or better for the price. The cost seemed high
