The location was great and the staff was friendly. The AC was a life saver. This was an Italian hotel, so the building it was in shared spaces with offices and other hotels. It occupied part of the 3rd floor. The view out the bedroom window could be kindly termed industrial.

Great location only few minutes walk from train station and close to all centre. Our host was so helpful when we arrived gave us map of all sites to visits. Was snacks and coffee there to use anytime. Really appreciated the cold drinks left in fridge was extra hot when there. Beds made every day and fresh towels. Really appreciated on check out our host minded our bags for day. We highly recommend and would stay again Nothing i didn't like

The rooms are clean, the staff are very cooperative and friendly, and the overall vibe was very pleasant and comfy. The location is perfect to travel by foot or public transport to all the important places. The air-conditioning works perfectly and is free, and our rooms were regularly maintained. Giovanna is exceptionally kind and helpful! For a budget stay, this is THE place to go! N/A

I enjoyed everything there. It is central, quite, clean, air-conditioned, equiped with an electric kettle and a mini-fridge. Wide selection of delicious complimentary cookies, teas and coffees. Great old building with impressive architecture and lift. Safe enviroment. They took my laguage at 8.30 and gave me the room at 12.00. Many thanks! -

We wanted a location close to the train station coming in one day and going out the next and this hotel was perfect for that. Some reviews talked about a "bad" elevator experience, but the elevator is expectedly small given the age of the building. The stairs were really nice and it was only challenging taking luggage up and down, but I wouldn't even remove stars for that, it was part of the charm.

Good Location, Close to Shops, Restaurants, Train Station, Famous monuments and churches and a supermarket. Room cleaned daily. Mini fridge was really handy for keep out drinks cool. Plenty of room in the cupboards to hang clohtes. tea and coffee making facilities available for use. Air conditioning could have been Cooler. Still very warm even with that on.

Great location: close to restaurants and sights The rooms are clearly old, so expect small inconveniences such as the showerhead holder not working, a very creaky bathroom door, and not much noise insulation from the hotel lobby.
