The location was very near to the station and was very good and the host was very friendly and supportive.

Excellent location near the train station, with stores and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Our room, 260 had a nice little balcony, but street noise was still pretty loud, sometimes. A/C unit was quiet and no bother. More chairs and countertop space would be a bonus. Shower head was frozen in place and could not be rotated. Consequently, the spray came out to one side, not down on our heads. We could live with it, as we adapted, but it wasn't at all good for my short wife.

I liked how spacious the room was. The room also had very high ceiling. We had plenty of room to walk around in the room and have our luggage open throughout our stay. The place was quiet and safe. I did not like how we had a hard time locating the hotel. The booking should have provided more information on how to locate the hotel. This hotel is only 2 floors out of the entire building and the receptionist is inside a room so you just have to follow the signs.

The hotel was very clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. What truly stood out was the incredible hospitality. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception who went above and beyond to assist us with a big smile.The hotel is also situated in an amazing location, making it very easy to get around. Highly recommended!

The room condition is not good. There is smell in the room. Given the price, probably this is not too surprising.

Very nice location (close to the termini), staff super friendly and they offer luggage store. Nice room The AC didn’t work on the first day, but as soon as we talked to the staff it was fixed on the next day. Even though there is an elevator, it’s very slow and it takes a lot of time to get to the floor (But that didn’t turn out to be a problem because the hotel is located at the first floor of the building)

Location Bed was too hard reminds me of a cheap mattress. Toilet seat was broken only liquid hand soap for the shower no washcloth showered head when I stay fixed in one location.

The location was to good for touristic places and to take the shuttle bus to airport. The building was a little old

Clean enough, close to the train station. Walking distance to the most of the attractions. At night it was pretty cold in the room.

Everything about this stay was exactly what you would expect in the best way. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the amenities matched the price, and the location was great. I saw a few reviews commenting on the safety of the area, but I never felt unsafe or felt like I needed to take any extra measures beyond what I would normally do in a new city. The wifi was incredibly inconsistent/weak and didn't work altogether at times. We were not in our room much so this was not a major issue, but it was disappointing at times.
