Easy to access. Perfect location. Quite. Big rooms. The mold in the shower must be removed. Needs some works here and there. The A/C is leaking water from the ceiling. A/C filters might be dirty as my husband sneezed every time we turn it on.

The location is outside of the city but well connected with variety of busses and metro (you must take a bus to the metro station and then use metro, but it is simple). It is located in a quiet residential area with few cafes and markets that you can find on google maps. The room was specious and comfortable. Right amount of comfort for that many. If you are on the budget, I sincerely recommend it. The lack of a personnel on the entrance. Everything is automatic (locks) and you must have internet to enter your room (prior to connecting to the internet in the hotel). That can be tricky. But I was informed about that prior to my arrival so I was prepared.

The hotel staff is very nice, and the value (quality)/price ratio is good. It is a good place if one wants to visit surroundings of Rome, too. Although it seems the closest underground station is not very far from the hotel, it is very complicated to walk there. You can rather use either your own car, or taxi, or public transport (bus) to get there.

Didn't like anything. No staff at all in the building, nobody at the reception. We had to make external call to get a key to the room. There was some sport event close by, it was very loud, loud noises of fan horns till late. We were family of four staying in the room with one double and two single beds, only double bed had a proper warm duvet, one single had a blanket second one had only sheet, nothing warm to sleep under...we were very disappointed, it was last day of October....and not the middle of summer. We've contacted receptionist over the phone, but he ignored our request for blanket or duvet.... Also we had an early flight and had to leave hotel at 4.30 am, we had ordered taxi via hotel, but taxi didn't arrive. We almost missed the flight thanks to poor receptionist service. I do not recommend this hotel, will never go back!!!
