Everything waa amazing, abit the location was fat from the city center but it was possible to catch the bus

Manuela is an excellent host, gave us plenty of local tips to explore Rome. The apartment is very clean.

Manuela was a great host. She is a good communicator, always friendly and chatty, and gave us loads of useful information about places to go, places to eat, and advice about how to travel around. She personally picked us up from Leonardo da Vinci airport for 45 euros and took us at the end to the much nearer Ciampino airport for 10 euros. For breakfast, we could preorder enormous croissants, and we enjoyed freshly cooked eggs each day. Thank you, Manuela, for looking after us. The location is far from the centre of Rome and it takes about an hour by metro, then bus, then about ten minutes walk along a road with no pavements (there is a bus which stops closer although we never saw it). But once you reach the porperty (which is next to a cafe), the up-side is that there is more space than you would have in the centre, and you can sit outside in the garden. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but there is a small kitchen which guests can use.

Easy access to Rome, a few km’s from Ciampino train station. Located in a clean and quiet residential neighborhood in Rome.

The place is very clean, quiet, and cozy, looking like a home. Manuela is friendly and helps us with everything that we need. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is great to explore Rome. Everything was good!

Wonderful place and the best host Nothing

If you like to learn how middle-class Italians live and their hospitality, Inn Rome B&B provides the experience. The neighborhood is ideal if you like to get away from the crowded and noisy Center city of Rome. The first thing I noticed when I got of the 506 bus from Anagnina Metro station was the fragrance of Jasmines that is everywhere. A nine minutes walk takes you to Piazza Castrolibero where you find a pastry/gelato shop and a pizzeria with many selection of pizzas and sandwiches.

There’s much to like about this property. Safe, clean, comfortable, friendly. Without kind pick up from host getting to airport not easy on public transport.
-
Manuela was very helpful in everything, we rarely experience such a high level of hospitality.

Manuela is an amazing Host! She picked me up from the airport only at the fuel price and was very flexible about that. (I asked her just after landing and checking the buses ?) She bought cornettos and other pasticceria of my choice- she asked what I want. She did fresh breakfasts herself. There is a beautiful garden behind the house where you can sit and rest. All the equipment in the room works perfectly and the rooms are incredibly clean… I never saw such a clean bathroom in any room. There are even protectors on the ac and tv remote controls. I credibly clean. Great place if you stay in this part of Rome with amazing fresh seafood restaurant and a shop around the corner. Manuela is a very warm person who makes you feel like at home and really cares about her guests.

The host Manuela went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Other things I liked: breakfast, cleanliness, flexibility in checkout (we could leave our stuff and pick it up at the end of the day) location is not super good (in residential area in outskirts of Rome)

Manuela was a very kind and considerate host, eager to help. The place was very clean and it was great to have access to a kitchen and a patio. Travelling for work I appreciated that the location was not too far from Tor Vergata university. Tourists should be aware that this place is located at a distance from the city center, however bus+metro worked well to get back and forth downtown.

Everything to be honest. The accommodation felt like a home from home. Manuela, the owner, made me feel very welcome and provided me with all the information I needed to make the most of my one day in Rome and the surrounding area. The location is perfect, right on a bus route which runs to the underground station for direct links to the city. Breakfast was amazing with a selection of goodies including home baked cake. I was also able to make myself a cup of tea in the little kitchenette, my first in over two weeks ?. 10/10 really doesn't do it justice. I will definitely be back and if you are planning a trip to Rome then you should seriously consider staying at Inn Rome B&B. You will not be disappointed! Thanks once again Manuela for your hospitality. ? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely nothing!
