Good breakfast and good location Not clean enough

The staff were delightful. The location was superb. Essentially less than 12-15 minutes walking from everywhere centrally located. Via del Corse, Trevi Fountains, etc. All were so close. Super safe and many things like restuarants in the neighborhood. After 11am we noticed no hot water. We just took showers earlier. Otherwise, it was great.

Great location close to the popular sites, very safe, walking in the area even after dark was fine. The hotel staff especially Manuel Jos(who deserves a raise) and the breakfast staff are kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Breakfast options were plentiful (American breakfast, fresh fruit and yogurt, meats, cheeses etc) and as soon as they run out they are replenished. We chose this property after having an issue at another accommodation booking and even though they had no idea of this they made up for that experience 100%. The rooms could use a deeper cleaning. Cleaning staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful when we needed them. This issue is due to owners/management specifically not guiding them properly. I lost something in the area of the sink and had to go under the sink insert which was filthy(hair, grime & who knows what else) I was grossed out.

The location. There was no working elevator nor any staff to bring our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was terrible. There was never enough staff so that when the front desk staff needed a break she locked the door and guests had to await her return to enter the hotel. The morning desk clerk didn’t speak or understand English very well. After speaking to the manager he offered no remedy to our issues, just said the next time we visited the hotel the issues would not exist.

A boutique venue near Treve fountain. The staff was so nice and comes with a phenomenal breakfast. No closets or dressers. Has to use key inserted in wall to make lights work

Location was very convenient to sightseeing. Breakfast was exceptional as was the service at breakfast ! Reception staff, especially Francesca, were so welcoming and helpful at all times. Also loved the front bar and snacks that were offered! No real closet, but we worked around it easily.

The staff are incredible. So helpful and friendly. Great location centrally located and easily walkable to Rome’s historical sites. Breakfast was good. Lots of selection. Great large bath towels The blinds in the rooms did not close properly so the room was super bright as soon as the sun rose. The beds are super low and soft. You couldn’t control the air conditioning from the room. No where to put your clothes away so have to move out of the suitcase. There is a thermostat but no matter what we set the temperature at it always went back to 20 degrees Celsius.

It was lovely, clean , and comfortable. Excellent service, Francesca at the front desk was the best, extremely helpful. The roof top bar/patio was a great place to relax. We enjoyed breakfast as well. We will be back. Thank you all.

Mira, Manuel, and the whole team at the Hotel Royal Bissolati were welcoming, culturally aware, informative, and brought a happy experience to my first visit to Rome. Mira spoke with me on Booking.com to help with any concerns I might have. I liked that she knew who I was when I arrived at the hotel. Information on transportation, shopping, tourist attractions, Roman history. Manuel works on night shifts and is attentive, extra warm, and kind. He, too, informed me about Rome's activities and transportation. He prepared breakfast for me as I had an early flight back. 5/5 Breakfast and Room is photogenic as the pictures. Bedroom comfortable. Shower hot. Location incredible. I visited the Colosseo, Roman Forum, Vatican City, St Peters Dome (HUGE) Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Largo di Torre Argentina, etc. Nearest station: Barberini, get the €4.50 (inc card). Shopping at Via del Tritone, Via del Corso. Eating? Visit: Antica Salumeria, Appetito, etc. Too much. Enjoy! USB port by bed is worn out by too many people, so bring your own. Otherwise great!
