Close in location made walking the city very easy. Great breakfast fueled us for the day. Staff was especially courteous and helpful. Access to rooftop bar for spectacular sunsets. Minimalistic room but everything we needed Would stay here again.

Bad Cheap look

The breakfast was light and healthy, A lot of selections from cold food and hot food. The room that I paid for was not the one given to me at the time of check in. Since we checked in so late no one was there to greet us, but a list and a video of steps to follow on how to self check in was sent to me via whats app. I was fine with that but the room was small and i paid in full prior to my arrival to rome for a delux room with a balcony 193sqft.

Great location All good

The property is in an excellent location. We arrived late, after staff left, but they made the self check-in process very easy. You can walk to most of the major attractions. You can also easily take the metro or a cab. The staff were ALL amazing. Extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast each morning was lovely and they make great cappuccinos. It’s also lovely to have a terrace to sit out on. We had three adults in a room so we had to use the sofa bed, which made the room very small when the bed was made up. The bathroom was also very small, but also common in Europe. With that said, I would stay at this property again and highly recommend it.

Breakfast can be better, they can recharge the line often

Everything was great

Staff was excellent. Went out of his way to help in multiple situations we had. We appreciate everything he did to make our stay exceptional. Breakfast was very good.

The terrace, just a little spot with two chairs and a table, is exactly what I was looking for. I took my laptop out and sat there watching the cars and the sun go down. The room wasn't anything special, but that spot was perfect. The location was great to go to restaurants and popular tourist spots.

ok location Room was vertly small and tight. could hear everything iutside, especially in the mornning when everyone came for breakfast. also the staff preparing it

The staff was kind and helpful. We didn’t have time to have the breakfast. We were three to me the room was too small considering we were three plus all the luggage but we made it work . The bed was comfortable and shower . They did over to upgrade the room . I passed the offer since we were leaving (2 nights ) . I was very concerned about the front door in lobby. We would arrive late after dinner and it takes a while to shut . We were afraid of maybe nothing but we are guest and this hotel is new to us . There is no 24 hours front desk

Love this intimate boutique hotel located on one floor in a high-rise building near Piazza Barberini. Climb the stairs to the fifth floor or take the elevator. Note that the elevators are small. Booked three rooms for our family. They were so nice to put all three rooms in a row and upgrade my sister-in-law who checked in earlier in the morning to a balcony room. Communication prior to arriving was fantastic. Since we were arriving in the evening, but my sister-in-law was arriving in the morning. I needed to make sure that she would be OK to check in earlier. They were very accommodating and even gave her a cappuccino and a snack when she arrived. The rooms were larger than most that we've stayed in Italy. Each room was slightly different, but had a comfy king size bed, a desk, a refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower and a bidet, and a balcony with a beautiful planter filled with fresh flowers. Make sure to bring a US converter to charge your electronics. Check in with so easy. Nice to be able to get recommendations for dinner in the neighborhood. We ate at Hostaria Romano and at Colline Emiliane and they were both great. Make a reservation if you can in advance. Our breakfast buffet in the morning was also so delicious. Vincenzo made us fresh cappuccinos, fresh lattes, and freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. Dholly kept a full spread of eggs, cheese, salads, fresh fruits, veggies, and pastries stocked and served with a huge smile. My favorite were the Caprese salads, the roasted eggplant and the croissants. Dholly even made boiled eggs for my in-laws. What a great way to start the day. Location was great. So easy to walk to the Spanish Steps, Piazza Barberini or the Roman Forum. Hop On/Hop Off Bus Stop is nearby. Highly recommend a stay at this charming Roman boutique in a high rise in the heart of the city. Un grande ringraziamento a Vincenzo e Dholly per aver avuto così tanta cura della nostra famiglia! That we had to leave, but hopefully will be back one day!

Good location, literally the only saving grace of this overpriced hotel. We got a completely different room than advertised, it was much smaller. The room was run down, every single small thing was either broken or missing: - There was only 1 nightstand, my partner had to use a chair! - The bathroom door lock was broken. - Noise isolation is extremely poor, me and my partner were woken up by a baby crying in the early morning. - We asked for a second blanket and they weren't able to provide it to us. - The safe was broken, no suitable alternative was provided. - The clothes hanger was almost falling out of the ceiling. - Room lighting was controlled via a bedside homemade "extention cord" which is not up to electrical safety code. - The curtains weren't closing properly, the rail was half broken. - The terrace in our room, or rather BALCONY (not a terrace as far as I'm concerned) was basically unusable due to traffic noise and lack of any form of shade. - There was no way to turn off the thermostat's back light, keeping you awake at night. - The shower door didn't close properly, again, half-broken seems to be the theme in this hotel. I could have glossed over some of these details but for over 220 euros per night I expect a certain standard. Terrible value for money, there are way better hotels in this price range. I regret my choice.

Pretty nice little hotel that could be cleaner and in better condition. My room really needed some touch-up paint, which detracted from an otherwise nice, bright room. Also the room was surface clean not deep clean in the corners, etc. Concept Terrace is on the 5th floor of a multi-use building about a 5 minute walk up a hill from Barberini Square. Good, safe location. I found parking for my scooter just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good with scrambled and hard boiled eggs and bacon. No fresh bread and cheese was limited to one type. Good selection of whole fresh fruit and yogurts and a nice cappuccino. Staff were friendly. Bed was excellent, firm and super comfortable. Shower was enormous. I was solo but my wife would have hated the fact that there was no counter space in the bathroom by the sink, none at all. Really need some shelves to put toiletries. There is a fridge to put a few things in, which was handy.
