I was not aware the room was in a building shared with other hotels. It felt a little disjointed from the "hotel" experience and the amenities.

Servers at the breakfast bar were sexist.

Location was extremely convenient to the train station. The neighborhood is quieter than most parts of Rome but convenient enough to walk (or catch a bus) to many major destinations. The hotel staff provided us with a upgraded room at no charge, and they were kind enough to hold on to our bags after check-out while we took in a few last sites before our trains departure. Great experience overall.

The hotel is very convenient to get to Roma Termini and will be extremely helpful to catch train with heavy luggage’s. The hotel staff are friendly and fulfilled our requests in a timely manner.

The breakfast was amazing. Very good selection and variety. The location was very central easy access to the subway and restaurants. It was convenient as a base location to visit old Rome by subway. Nothing

This was a great deal for Rome and the room was really nice. It’s near the train station which is good if that’s your goal, but not so much for sites.

The hotel was very clean, and every staff member was very pleasant/helpful. The included breakfast was excellent, as was the location (about a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini train station). Air conditioning was very comfortable. It felt like there was no sound proofing of the room from the windows. Our rooms faced the street on the second floor and I heard everything outside (what sounded like garbage pickup at 1:00am) each night, and horrible loud noises at 6:00am Saturday morning. All sounded as if the window in the room was open! The tubs in both rooms are set unusually high up off the floor, need to be careful getting out.

price could have been less

Staff are friendly. The rooms are very dark, there is no good lighting. It makes it hard to see. There’s not a lot of space for clothes or to put your things. I wish there was a kettle so could make tea or coffee. This was a short walk to the train station, but I didn’t like the neighborhood. Didn’t seem to be a nice part of town. Would not want to walk alone down the street at night.

No complaints whatsoever. Everything was better than expected.
-
The receptionist was cold and frequently just responded I dont know
-
Bed, thin door making it very easy to hear people in the hallway. Not in main hotel building
-
Safe did not work as it should. Bed was rather uncomfortable. No English TV stations. In need of remodeling.
-
The breakfast was top notch and very cozy environment. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They booked tickets, taxis, and gave us eating information. The area was close to the train station and the bus station so was very well located for one without a car.
-
Great location to train station
-
All but one of the clerks at the front desk was very helpful.
-
The close proximity to the train/bus station.
-
Wifi stopped working
-
Room has no view at all. Staff didn't ask before assigning me to this room.

I booked the hotel with the understanding that it would have a staffed front desk, but was given a room in a separate building. Also, the building we were in had large unkempt garbage cans right at the entry point that generated fruit flies in the lobby.
