No bar ?? Cold drinks at reception. 37 degrees when we visited. However we have stayed with you 4 times we like it

Location is great. Modern and clean. Our room was facing the yard and was very quiet despite the central location There wasn’t such a thing

Close to the train station and metros. They are renovating- modern rooms. Great AC. Had smart TVs. Helpful staff. I extended my stay and they gave me a better rate than the booking.com rate We changed rooms and the new one did not have other toiletries- they were wall mounted and no lotion/conditioner in new room. I have noticed most EU hotels have hard flat pillows and that was the case in this hotel also - but mattress was comfortable

Hotel San Remo is located very close to Roma Termini train station which is really nice when you have luggage. My family and I arrived around 10 am and they let us put our luggage into storage while we explored Rome. The room had just been refurbished and was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with fresh apricot jam from the owner's trees, pancakes, yogurt, eggs, cappuccino, fresh pastries and more.

Location, freshly renovated floor. There could have been some complimentary water during the summer for the price that was paid. But this is minor.

It was under construction when we were there, so I felt like we couldn’t fully use the amenities

Very Clean room, modern design, nice staff A little bit far from the center of shopping but not bad at all (about 15 minutes walk from via del corso).

Great location easy to access Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colloseum, taxi to Vatican.

Good location. Good bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient The room was very small and you really don't want to spend to much time in it

Deluxe room was very clean. Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast selection was great and service was excellent.

Location Room very uncomfortable, bathroom light is located behind the main door, shower door bearly opens properly and there is not enough space to get out , there is NO place to put the luggage or have a sit other that the bed ?

No comment First of all , the first day the air conditioning is bad it was the room very hot and informed the staff no action taken unless tomorrow!! And also the service very bad asking anything they not response and take action !!!!!!!!!!! . Conclusion the experience very bad

It was a great location. We walk and travel light, so having this place close to the Termini was wonderful. It was also great because we are 2 friends travelling together, and one of us snores badly. Therefore, we always look for 2 bedrooms. This was one of the few hotels that had 2 bedrooms which was terrific. It was in a newly renovated section of the hotel. The staff we very gracious and stored our luggage till our room was ready. The breakfast was also really nice. So all in all i would recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome. All good

The property was under construction so it was awkward check in and out and no lobby Room was smaller than I expected and for the cost. However the room was nice. The location of hotel was near everything. I could walk everywhere
