The location is superb !!! The room view to the city of Rome refreshing. Breakfast served area a bit small. Food ok without a great variety though. Breakfast area and variety.

Excellent location right next to the Spanish Steps. The buffet breakfast was a bonus that we took advantage of. The staff were very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in time. The AC didn't work as well in one of our room but still kept it cool enough during the heat wave. Also, it was a bit weird to have to access our rooms through a separate door and have multiple keys for: front door, elevator, room door.
