Ingrami Suites

Our stay at Ingrami Suites & Spa was wonderful! This charming bed and breakfast has only six rooms, which made it feel quiet, cozy, and very personal. The location couldn't have been better—it's within walking distance of many of Rome's top attractions, restaurants, and shopping, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, providing a great start to each day of sightseeing. If you're looking for a comfortable, centrally located place to stay with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Ingrami Suites & Spa. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable Stairways!

Location was great. At the top of the Spanish Steps. Read carefully all the hotel information before you book! Tips: Complete online check-in before arriving, or you will not have access to enter. They do not use whatsapp. There are 2 levels of spiraling marble staircase to carry luggage up and down. The breakfast is good but the eating area is beyond tiny. You can't eat on the balcony/terrace, so the pics they advertise with are misleading. The balcony/terrace is also roped off for each room to have its individual space so you can't freely enjoy. No shampoo provided. Slippers that are provided are paper. No shelving or hanging places for clothes or personal items. The closet is extremely small. You can hear everything as walls are thin. The bed is squeaky, and the bedspread resembles motel quality. Spa is not included in booking. Location made all bearable, but please take note!

Location and breakfast Nothing

The location was amazing with entrances from the top and bottom of the Spanish Steps and so close to the metro. The room was spacious and well appointed. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights. Apparently it is common in Europe to use the room key for this, but it was never mentioned and there was no one on site to ask. When I called to ask, the lady hung up on me. We had stayed in 4 other accommodations on this trip and never encountered this elsewhere.

The location is excellent! Being at the Spanish Steps was so convenient to everything. We loved the room and the jetted tub after a long day of walking. The lady working there was so helpful! The breakfast far exceeded my expectations! I feel like everything was great! The bed was good and there were extra pillows. I could have used an extra blanket but overall we were very happy with our stay. I loved that everyday they made the bed and refilled the water! Such a nice touch!

Superb location across from the famous Hotel Hassler. Great staff. Some steps involved to get to reception. But no problem if mobility is not an issue.

The host and his staff were very helpful. Loved the room and the location was excellent. Breakfast was a plus. Would definitely return. Recommend highly.

The room was clean and comfortable. Elena was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The location was excellent. Some noise from upstairs but that was manageable.

Location of hotel is great, good water pressure on the shower and the air conditioning is good, but that is where the positives stop. There is a 2.5 flight spiral staircase to get to the room, so getting your luggage to your room could be difficult or even deadly. The rooms are small with no storage for luggage. Extra towels cost you 15 Euros. There are no English speaking channels (such as CNN or BBC) on the TV. The virtual check-in was difficult, and my entry code did not work. Other reviews do not provide a good evaluation of this property, and I would never stay here again.

It was a good experience I didn't like the virtual check in to get access to the entry door. It didn't work, I called someone but it was a bit confusing.

We liked The close proximity to the Spanish steps and the other attractions in the area. Our room had a private outdoor area. The room was clean and spacious enough for my sister and I. The bathroom was clean. The reception guy was very friendly Once inside the building, There’s a spiral staircase leading to the entrance of the hotel which could be challenging.

The property was nicely decorated , very clean, perfect spot to stay in Rome and do sightseeing. Courtyard was very cute and finally after travelling through Italy for 8 days we had a proper breakfast ! Not just sweets and coffee ??we finally could eat eggs , bacon , bruschetta , mozzarella, fruits and more ! We did really appreciated the breakfast. Staff was absolutely lovely , especially Elena who checked us in and Daniel who made breakfast and allowed us to leave our suitcases till evening after the checkout so we could carry on sightseeing. Conveniently located Walkable Very quaint Lots of stairs to the bnb. Definitely difficult lugging suitcases to the bnb. Breakfast was 7:30-9:30. We got to breakfast at 9:10. There was very little food left. We got one pastry, coffee, and a banana. No eggs, bruschetta, and fruit. Other couples had mounds of food and when we walked in they quickly piled more food on their plate leaving little for anyone that came in after. We went to a nearby cafe for breakfast.

Great location. View from window. Nice bathroom.. The bed made noices and was slightly unstable. Breakfast room was small.

Amazing location! Beautiful cozy room.

The morning breakfast was fantastic. You make a great cup of cappuccino! Room was lovely…too bad rain prevented us from using the terrace. directions getting to the property. There was miscommunication and we spent way too much time trying to find it in the rain hauling our luggage.
