Although overlooking a busy road, the room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and the host was very nice and very responsive. They also provide a ok Italian breakfast. Nothing really.

The owner was so very accommodating and could not have been more helpful. The hotel was super clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was adequate. The A/C unit, in the room, worked great, except when the outside temperature was below 60F (15C) and then it automatically shut-off and I could not even get the fan to work for air circulation. The only recommendation for improvement would be to replace the bath towels, although they were clean, they were extremely old and somewhat threadbare

Staff is nice and gentle. Very far from the city center. The staff is nice and kind, but the premises have never been upgraded from the early 90s (possibly). all in all the place is clean, but internet connection is given just for one medium (i.e., cannot connect more than one item at the time); breakfast is quite poor; although i am fully aware that the price i have paid was dictated by the 'hot week', it was very overpriced for what i have got.

The room itself was beautiful and the crew (just 1 man) very kind and helpful. Location is rally not great, but good reachable with the underground. The included breakfast was not really worth it. Just packed croissants / cakes and instant coffee out of a machine. Finally it would be OK, if we paid less for the stay. But for this high rate, we expected more.

The breakfast and all the other services were perfect. the rooms are exactly like the pictures and very comfortable. slightly far but very easily accessible by metro
