The room was clean. I reserved 3 rooms for the wrong day, that's on me. I tried to get some credit when I booked the correct night but they flat out said "no". Again, booking the wrong night was my fault but after giving them $500 for nothing I had hoped they could work with me a bit. On the other hand, I could only get 1 room on the night it was needed but they did help me reserve 2 rooms at another hotel. Outside of those issues, the room was nice but a bit out of the way. It would be tough for those with mobility issues.

Breakfast was good.
-
Perfect location and choice but the WiFi it’s very bad
-
Proximity to metro The garden The bad sewage smell
-
Nothing to like The rooms are extremely small and do not look at all like the pictures shown on Booking. The breakfast offers very limited food options, with little variety available. The staff was not professional, and the overall customer service experience was disappointing. On top of that, the cleaning staff entered the room without knocking while I was inside, which was completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The reality was completely different from what was presented online, and the way this situation was handled made the experience even more disappointing.

Nothing A completely unpleasant experience; the attitude of the employees and the hotel’s policies leave a lot to be desired.

Everything is very old and broken, the lighta was very weak, there is no full-length mirror, no windows, and the location ia very far from the city center. The price was very very high, specialy for hotel in this level. We stay for two nights, they didn't clean our room.

Courteous and responsive staff
-
Strictly do not recommend. Problem occurred in the bathroom from the first minutes and informed reception about it but they did not solve the problem. On the other hand they did not offer another room.
-
Staff, breakfast and free parking. Location.
-
Parking lot detached. Stairs to get in the room. Noise coming from the street

Very near to the Matro Station. The reception is 24 hours available. Looks very old property, there was a very strong smell in the room. The Ac does not seems to work, there was a mold on the wallm The room they gave us did not hve a privacy.

hotel is within 10 min walking distance of metro station , very convenient to travel into central Rome. Has a gated parking facility which was ideal for us to leave the rented car safely. friendly and helpful staff.
-
Its near Rebibbia Metro They are using a very strong air freshener which makes us feel uncomfortable and i asked not add it and after that i know why they use this strong smell it is because the bad smell of the toilet , and also there are alot of ants in the room and the toilet

The neighbour it's ok, near the subway but is not too clean. Also, the hotel has not elevators, but it wasn't a big problem for us.
-
there was someone’s dirty socks in our room :( and the bathroom wasn’t good

1. Staff are friendly. Milan (the Srilankan) was the better of the lots. 2. Hotel close to metro station 3. Nice spacious room 1. Poor internet coverage in the room 2. Telephone line not working. Despite repeated requests, it didn't get repaired 3. A.C not working, autostops after every 2 hours without any such functionality enabled on the remote control. 4. Rebbibia is the last metro station in the city. It takes 10 stops to reach there from Roma Termini by Metro. 5. No good restaurants nearby, it's like staying in the outskirts of the city.
