location to the airport was good breakfast was very good staff very helpful not much really some of the fittings were a bit dated and the showers were fixed heads but apart from that it was good for what we needed
-
Clean, pleasant staff, near the airport

Stuff was nice Wifi was terrible

Rooms were very clean, very welcoming and safe. Overall great experience even though I only stayed for one night.

Good

We satyed for one night, we expected that the location is closer to the airport The staff was very friendly
-
The bed was not comfortable and the mattress had a dip in it. It had a slanted wall where I kept bumping my head when I got out of the bend, this is a stupid feature to have in a hotel room. The place was clean but I would not stay there again. The price was too high for what it had to offer. The lighting was bad and insufficient with only one switch for one light in the room. If you're over 5 ft 6 inches tall, the room I had was highly insufficient due to the head bumping.

I enjoyed my stay. Great location. Good facilities with professional and friendly staff.

There was mold in the bathroom, which is a health hazard and was only covered with paint. I pay for it and it's not European standards, the breakfast is terrible and from the 90s Ther knoe windows and daylight somewhere you lived in the basement.?

Exceptional

Friendly staff and helpful about where best to eat Street outside was a bit dark. I was on my own hence the comment. The taxi to the airport was really expensive. Not the hotel’s fault as rate set by Rome council

- Smooth check-in and check-out - Extremely polite and available for any assist by the staff - Very clean premises - We will return - Thank you Mr. Enrico for going a step further to accommodate and greatly support our fast departure with resulting actions. Amazing support that we could count on. - That we had to leave way earlier then planed due to our re-scheduled flight.

excellent staff . staff helped a lot in directing to sightseeing in Rome. Parking was ok, but could be problematic in busy seasons. breakfast was really good. Very poor WiFi. not flexible for middle or large size families.

The hotel is easily accessible, staff were friendly and helpful There was no hot water, the lock on the door was broken and I could feel the springs through the mattress

Rooms are basic but nicely decorated. Shower was lovely had good water pressure. Staff friendly. Seeing a cockroach on the bedroom floor wasn’t nice and the bedroom door could be closed but not locked. Overnight reception staff having a bed set up behind the reception desk was not expected.
