I enjoyed the stay, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The garden in front of the house is absolutely beautiful and makes a great spot for enjoying some coffee.

The room was great. Clean and spacious. On the ground floor so we didn't have to drag our bags upstairs. They kindly provided us with a checkin sheet that listed more than just the wifi login. They seemed to genuinely want to provide a lovely experience; Well connected - metro is 5 minutes away and several busses too. The patio is beautiful. They made checkin and out easy - despite our weird travel hours. My adult child lives in Rome and came to visit us during our stay. The hotel staff gave us some attitude/ looks about it. I don't know if they thought we had more people in the room than we paid for - but it was uncomfortable.

Location was easy, there are busses and the metro nearby, as well as local restaurants and shops. We found it very easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and put on a little breakfast for their guests every morning (Euro 5 pp). The room was clean and comfortable. It was cold outside and we had no trouble heating the room up. Access was easy via a code by the doors. I could imagine how much nicer it would be in the Summer when you can sit in the little garden and enjoy your breakfast there. We'd love to be back in the warmer season and try that out. There was really nothing to complain about.

This is a personal preference, but the bed was a bit soft.

Great location and great value! It was clean and had air conditioning. Beds were a little hard.

Really comfortable room! Breakfast was very below average, not good coffee.

I liked the location, the connection to the centre with metro and bus is good. The neighbourhood is nice. The walls and ceilings are maybe a bit to thin.

The hotel's location is highly convenient, close to both metro and bus stops. The surrounding streets feel safe and are not overly busy at night. Breakfast, while relatively simple—featuring toast, cheese, ham, fruits, yoghurts, and sweet pastries—was sufficient. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The biggest downside of this place is the noise. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear pretty much everything from the next room, including talking, snoring, showering... Unfortunately, the guests next door didn’t seem too concerned about keeping the noise down at night. On top of that, there was (most likely) a family or someone with a small child staying in the apartment/flat above our room (No. 3). The child started running, yelling, and stomping around as early as 6 or 6:30 in the morning. In the evenings, until about 11 p.m., there was more noise from running, furniture moving, and vacuuming. I guess these people might actually live there or rent the place long-term, rather than being regular hotel guests. So if you’re a light sleeper or just value quiet, I’d definitely recommend bringing some good earplugs!

Very nice, relaxed B&B - especially for Rome it is ideal

Breakfast was excellent, easy check in, very clean

Clean and modern room. Location is a bit awkward with public transport options. You have to walk 10 blocks to the metro on cobblestone with your bags.

The place is fantastic. Perfect coffee!! Very nice staff. Close to the metro station. Bus stop very near.

Small little place with only five rooms. The location is great for transport links, and the neighbourhood felt very safe and tidy with plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. We had everything we needed for extra comfort including a small fridge for chilled water and A/C. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We liked discovering that the B&B was run by a foundation helping young mothers which felt an extra positive. We were unlucky one night to have a neighbour who left the radio on. Very quiet the other four nights, but a pair of spare ear plugs may be useful.
