The elevator doesn’t work! The bathroom is weird, you cannot take a shower because the water will be everywhere . The smell in the room! Disgusting! And the cherry on top, in the morning I found bed bugs! The storage room is 10€, even for 30 minutes! Guys, Seriously??

Price was low. Reception was very helpful. Close to Policlinico Metro station. So much better to deal with than Robin of Essence Guest House who cheated me out of over 300 Euros WiFi was inconsistent. My laptop rarely worked. Phone was better but signal lost when walking down two flights of stairs. No elevator so I had to lug heavy suitcase up and then down. Driveway was cobblestone so wheeling bags was difficult. Shower stall was tiny

It well located within reach of public transport and the general state of the place is ok. It is what what one expects given the price however it is not anything less that what one expects. Would need some maintenance. The entrance is somewhat hidden and in a dark passage which may be daunting upon arrival. Rooms would do with better sound proofing.

The carpet was not cleaned in a while, had large stains on it

Exceptional

The water in the sink and shower was freezing.

Staff were polite and friendly, made the check in quite easy. Room was clean and well kept and the bed was pretty comfortable. The TV was a bonus, but wifi would cut out every now and then. Location is decent, handy to use Lime bikes or scooters as there’s a bike path up the main road to Roma Termini Only real issue we found was the shower being attached to the toilet and sink very closely, meaning once you’ve showered the floor was wet when you needed the bathroom.

They didn't change towels for 3 days in a row. They didn't clean our room once in 3 days...

I liked the fact that the cleaning service was only on demand. I don’t like cleaners entering my room without me knowing. I liked the bed, it was comfortable and I also liked the helpful and kind staff that saved me the most silent room of the hotel from my wish. The internet didn’t work! My only complaint. The room isn’t all neat and you can see signs of use but I prefer it that way instead of having unnecessarily new and flawless surfaces everywhere.

great location - metro 5 min (2 metro stations from the Colosseum), friendly staff! They checked us in early. We were very tired and it was very helpful!! very clean! asked for a kettle, but there isn't one

The location was wonderful and nice. There were some nice shops and cafes nearby The breakfast has not been included. The shower was not well-constructed. Wifi was really bad

I would like to highlight the exceptionally polite and attentive staff! Every call for assistance and any question I had was promptly addressed. I especially want to mention Momo, who immediately offered me a hot cup of tea on that chilly day when I checked in, and continued to do so whenever I needed it during my stay. I’d also like to thank Marwin and Neha! They were incredibly helpful on those terribly rainy days when I didn’t have my own umbrella. Neha, in particular, went out of her way, even sacrificing her own comfort. I regret that I couldn’t return her umbrella on time as I had a very important day, but I’m so grateful for her kindness! About the hotel: The area is quiet, the rooms are clean with fresh amenities, and the bed is large and comfortable. The room also has a work desk (which was important to me), a wardrobe, and a private bathroom. Overall, it was a great experience! I’m glad I chose this hotel.
