Hotel located near bus station, also one small grocery store nearby; Breakfast was good; On the top floor, the restaurant did not have a great choice of food; Rooms were cleaned daily. First night experience was not great; received a room where the AC was not working. The following day, I was given a better room.

The breakfast was great, and the room was also good. There is a subway station close to the hotel, which was very helpful. The Wi-Fi needs improvement.

Breakfast staff and amazing breakfast Difficult to get water from machine. Consider investing in a tap for the hotel for drinking water. Until then two bottles per day of complimentary water should be doable within the price per night.

The restaurant was wonderful! Food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accomodating. We had two rooms reserved. We ended up in the smaller room when were supposed to be in the larger one. Didn't spend much time there so it wasn't an issue.

Staff were uniformly excellent--pleasant, helpful and informative. Breakfast was amazing, especially for the very reasonable price. Appreciated staff arranging transport from airport and later to Civitavecchia cruise port. Hotel was near central city, but had to hike a bit to get to nearest Metro station.

The size of the room was great. It was clean, fairly new, and everything we needed.

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff throughout. Bathroom was a little weird.Shower was challenging because of the swinging doors connected with the tub, which lessened the space to shower.

Convenience and safe neighborhood. Really nice staff. The bedding wasn’t a bit rough and not the most comfortable. And the pillows were paper thin.

Breakfast was so great. Huge thanks to the morning staff especially the young lady from Palermo Sicily The staff at the front desk were helpful also. Staying at Best Western Globus was wonderful.
