Inn Rome Rooms & Suites

Not super comfortable beds, no reception area or lobby.

The bathroom was pretty old and the bed was really uncomfortable.

We booked this location based on the picture published on Booking.com but we received a different room. It was still a very good room but not looking like the one we expected.

Great location. Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Large clean room. Check out could be a little later than 10.

Checkin process is horrible bad as many have noted. You need to upload passports plus selfies. And their app to do that doesn't work.multiple back and forths...

Location is great a bit noisy during the night. I was there on the weekend. The room was spacious super clean and the staff was kind and generous. A bit noisy and the checkout at 10am is a bit too early

Location and room was spacious No round the clock service and having to communicate problems via WhatsApp.

Hot water was horrible… most of the stay the hot water was Luke warm barely hot. And the shower was literally a 4x3 box

LOCATION BEDDING

+ space of the room + bed ok - coffee capsules are paid - the first time I see this - the hot water in the shower is barely warm - cleaning should be done better: hair of previous guests on the hairdryer - after moving in, the refrigerator defrosted and leaked because it had been turned off by smb - the door does not close tightly (there is a gap) and the lock bangs loudly when someone walks past in the hallway. - AC noisy

Location Rooms could be nicer

the location was excellent! 1. Room directions were poor – It was very hard to locate the room, and on the day we left, we saw another couple struggling to find it too. 2. Initial setup issues – When we arrived, the lights and air conditioning were not working. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and they responded quickly, but it took time and I had to translate instructions. 3. Ongoing air conditioning problems – no clear instructions on AC. The first night, the AC stopped working and we had to sleep in the heat. The next day, staff had me send a photo and remotely reset it, but told us not to touch the remote. The following night it stopped again, and I was told that opening the windows shuts it off. Each day, their staff opened the windows, so when we returned to a hot room every evening and had to message to restart the AC. restarting usually took about 30 minutes to send request and him resetting. We couldn’t open the windows ourselves without risking the AC shutting down again. 4. Toilet paper issue – The supplied toilet paper was insufficient. I reported this early in the day but received no response. Later, when we ran out completely, the contact told me to go buy my own from across the street. I tried to be patient and understanding throughout, but by the last night, the repeated issues—especially with the toilet paper—were very frustrating.

The Location was amazing. It was quiet to sleep at night but there were so many amazing restaurants and shops near us. Close walk to everything in Rome. Will stay here again when we come back Nothing. It was perfect for us. Easy Check in and staff was friendly

Spacious rooms. Good amenities

Nice building Elevator! Easy check in! No real view of anything but the the Shower head doesn’t work, so you’re stuck with the overhead rain shower. Charges for water and coffee in minibar. For other places these have been complimentary.
