Price and location were excellent, ease of entry and communication from Andrea was fantastic she was amazing and super helpful with recommendations and assistance with airport transfer The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable

The location. Is central decent room Their was construction over the road so I never slept well. Also our room. Door was left open after beong cleaned although spoke to cleaner and she was tired we could of lost alot

The location was convenient and well situated for exploring Rome. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high rating of this property. The room and bathroom were not properly cleaned. The shower was particularly unhygienic, with visible mould/fungus, dirt and grime, and there was dust and dirt in several areas of the room. The air conditioning also did not work properly during our stay, when temperatures in Rome were around 38°C, making the room very uncomfortable. Most concerning of all was the security issue. We discovered that our room key could also open my sister’s room, and her key could open ours. This made us feel that neither we nor our belongings were secure, as it raised serious concerns about whether other room keys might also provide access. Based on the cleanliness, the inadequate air conditioning and, above all, the security issue with the room keys, our experience was far below what we expected from a property with such a high rating. I would strongly recommend that future guests take these issues into consideration.

We had a wonderful stay at Navona Luxury Guesthouse. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit, always friendly and available whenever we needed assistance. The location is outstanding and one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s main tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without relying on public transportation. Our room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and fast, reliable WiFi, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Navona Luxury Guesthouse to anyone visiting Rome. We would gladly stay here again!

Location Room 103 was very noisy, and it did not have blackout curtains, which made it difficult to sleep.
