Hotel Rinascimento

I like the location and the rooms were clean. Although our room was very small.

Didn’t like this property! No shelf or place to put our toiletries, in the shower. The water would come out of the shower after opening the door to get out. Lots of noise from the rooms next door which were storage rooms for the hotel. The noises were after midnight and early morning hours between 3-5 am. They were loud pounding noises which would wake us up. No windows in the rooms. Our room was across the main building. All of these rooms located across the main building were similar. Definitely, not worth the money.

The location of the hotel was great for us, nothing else. The rooms were not what I was expected. Small, not too clean and smelly. I had a feeling that we were sleeping on the street. Big noise all night , honestly I can find one little nice thing to say about this hotel. Do not book, you will be very disappointed.

The room was very nice but if you stay in the suite in the building across the street, be aware that there is a restaurant next door and there are cups banging and people talking very early and later in the evening. Walls are very thin so be prepared to be awakened. Also was charged for a breakfast that we didn’t eat. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. The staff did help us coordinate a driver when requested. The layout is weird going to the room. The hallway has many turns and unexpected steps up and down. Even in the room itself there is an extra step down from the hall into the room. The edge of one of the beds is exposed so my husband ran into many times during our stay. The do not disturb function was broken but the staff acted like we were just too dumb to work it. When she finally realized it really was broken, she didn’t even offer a paper sign to display. The AC is very slow and somewhat weak in the room. This was an extremely expensive hotel for what we got.

Great location within walking distance to major sights. The room was large and clear. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Location was what I was looking for. Staff was helpful with suggestions and reserving taxis.

It was tiny

there was confusion about the price, although was told I am all set, I was being asked to pay extra money twice. Also the room is NOT flat, all of us were tripped multiple times, dangerous! wonder if someone was hurt, the hotel could be sued.

The hotel is located in a few hundred meters from some of the old city attractions like Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiori and The castle and still away from the masses of tourists. Perfect location if you want a quiet place and still close to everything. Although it is a tiny hotel, the room is spacious and breakfast is surprisingly rich and tasty. The staff are super friendly and helped is few times and guidance and special requests.

Breakfast was typical. The Lady working the room was very nice. I would recommend adding some wall hooks in the bathroom so that you can hang up clothes or towels. In general I was pleased
