I like the location, the cleanliness of the bathroom, and the super helpful host! The smell of "cheese" all over the living room.

The host was super nice and the room was perfect.

The breakfast was very pleasant, and the host was great. He was helpful and informative. The room was comfortable. Sharing a bathroom is never ideal, but it was fine. Transport was plentiful and close by. We would have preferred a private bathroom.

Everything OK. Calm neighbourhood, welcoming host. The matrace was old and worn. I didn't really mind but I wouldn't recommend it to someone w. back problems.

Kristian was a good host The House had a stinky smell and the Rooms are acocustically not secured. Lot of disturbances.

Exceptional

The room was very comfortable, with good facilities like air conditioning and bath tub. The balcony was also very nice with a table and chairs for sitting. The croissants served for breakfast were very good too. The options for breakfast can be improved to include vegetarian and vegan options instead of just fruit.

Great host, a little far from the center but the bus stop is 2 minutes away and you only need 1 bus to get there as well as the rail station is close as well and then transfer to the Metro. The house is clean and neat, don't expect a 5 star hotel and super modern decoration, is an actual house but the host Christian made you feel so welcome is almost like is your own house, I felt like visiting a relative.

We got croissants and milk coffee for breakfast. I really liked the croissant but only one wasn't enough. That was a slight bummer. And the location was mediocre too as it takes 1 hour to reach the city centre. Other than that no complaints. The price for the location could have been much better and there was no any kind of covering for the bathtub in the washroom.

The owner was nice, kind and helpful. When we asked for extra things for breakfast he tried to accommodate. We were allowed to check in a lot earlier than usual. He was there to answer all questions we had. The facilities were not very clean. Under the bed was extremely dusty, while sleeping I got bitten a lot and was constantly scratching my head and my partner kept sneezing and being affected by their sinuses. The bathroom was a bit dirty. The breakfast included was also lower than our expectations, on booking.com it claims to be "very good breakfast", but it left a lot to be desired. Shower head is broken and the lower level is very low so uncomfortable to wash your hair under and the bathroom would get filled with water very easily after every shower.

The family who work/live there were very accommodating and lovely, even allowing us to change our booking a week or so before the stay. It felt like staying with relatives. Our room had a big balcony and air conditioning, too! There was a shortage of toilet paper, and sometimes it felt a bit awkward running into the family doing chores/half-dressed, but it was fine. I don't mind so much, but some people may like to know that the bathroom is quite small and shared with the other guests.

Family was nice and helped with everything we needed for free. Also was close to train station. The room we were in had wierd smell of something burned.

That was nice calm stay and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place for anyone.

Located in a nice little town, with easy transport links to central Rome. The host was extremely helpful and had excellent communication!

Exceptional

Everything was Perfect. The Host, who also lives in the BnB, was amazingly friendly. In total you won't find any other place to stay in Rome that has this kind of price-performance ratio! Thank you for this really cozy and lovely stay Christian :). -
