Location was outstanding. 5 min walk to the Piazza Navona. Was not too sure how we would access the building based on email info received.

    Nothing not to like!

The property is located in the Ponte neighborhood of Rome, within a relatively short walk (<15 minutes) of many cafes/restaurants, St. Peter’s Square, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. The staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay, and the provided selection of coffee/tea and snacks were much appreciated after long days walking around Rome.

In the zone that surround it you can find a lot of beautiful restaurants with great food.

Convenient Not really like the soap/ shampoo combo

Rooms are small and a little dated. Can be loud when guest congregate.

The location was great! The building was from the 1600’s, with high beamed ceilings, shutter windows, and antique-style furniture. Michelle was charming and helpful. Snacks, tea, coffee and water available 24/7, and fresh croissants in the morning. It’s a bit complicated to enter: You need a code to get in, then a key to the gate, then have to take a small elevator to the second floor, and then a code to get into the guest house. If you arrive late, be sure to let Michelle know or you might have problem!

You can’t get better than this for location. The heart of all the good stuff without the bad stuff.

Everything was fabulous! So comfortable and cute with everything you need in a great location. One of my favorite places. Nothing.

Michelle was big help with all of our questions. I loved the location, cool part of town not too far from everything but far enough to avoid the huge crowds.

The staff was exceptional and helpful. The building is definitely in need of some upkeep. It is a little run down looking but the price is definitely a value.

Not much, pictures are deceiving Very small and not confortable

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Not a fault of the property but the noise level is fairly loud outside.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room that unfortunately remained the entire time. The bathroom was not that clean.

Wonderful location, close to everything, and the room had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful! It is in an old building which was a little difficult to find. Thankfully it has an elevator to the 2nd floor
