The balcony with the view of the park and Rome from the 6th floor. Comfy bed & pillows. The location is good. It's near the train, metro & tram stations/stops. It's just not very touristy but very close to central Rome attractions

The apartment is close of metro, quiet, nice view, kitchen is good. Cafes, bars, markets are close.

Everything was great, the owner is available for anything you need. Good price-quality ratio.

It was quiet, clean, we were able to lock the door of the room. It met our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioning was fantastic. It was difficult to get in because there was no description about it and we waited a while outside until we could reach the host. We recommend putting a code or description in the property listing. The location is not ideal, I would not recommend it for women to go alone, but rather together with someone, it is safer.

The place was big and roomy The place is kinda far from all central location. Its takes an hour to go to most location. The shower place is very small, its hard to even stand straight. There was no hot water in one of the room

The staff was really friendly and kind. It was clean, the view from the window was really nice. There is a lot of grocery shops near by and also a bus stop. I would recommend this place. It takes time to get in to the city centre. We took buses, so our average trip took about an hour. Also there was a homeless person who lived near this apartment, even though he wasn’t aggressive, then we walked in night it wasn’t very pleasant.

The room was clean, we had a balcony and was the AC on when we arrived The position is far from the center n took us like 45min for get in center.

Good property price for staying in Rome. Safe region with supermarkets and restaurants. Tramway was near so it was easy to get city centre Household facilities was very old. It says B&B but there wasn’t any breakfast except old coffee machine .

It was clean and the subway was close. The neighbourhood is dirty and the owner still owns me the change from the city tax.

Nice room, worth the price. The host was nice and responsive. The small fridge in the corridor was great. The shower doors and the nozzle are broken but still working. We found someone's sock under the bed. And we had to ask for the toilet paper as one roll for 4 days for 2 people wasn't much. Other than that everything was fine. The coffee machine needs some attention as well.

I loved the ambiance and the fact that it was so clean with all the essentials and felt like somewhat 4 star hotel room and the owner is quite cooperative and responds very quickly The only thing I didn’t like is it’s a bit costly for international students like me. I hope they introduce any student discount
