It feels very homey and is very clean and cute! If you want to be closer to the center of Rome this isn’t your ideal place but we had no problem navigating the underground rail.

lovely and clean b alot further out of the city than i thought and ut was very difficult to find. No street signs just a small buzzer sign.

It was close to the metro, the area wasn't great, but the property was very clean, it is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, towels could do with an upgrade as they was holes coming in them, Air conditioning is excellent. The beds where very hard, and it should be advertised as been in an apartment building, not easy to find...

The stay was pleasant. The room was clean and ok. Small, but you had everything you needed. The staff was nice. Good value for the money. Fresh croissants would have been nice for breakfast. Coffee was good. I know it was little outside downtown, but it to a long time to come to the city centre by public transport. It smelled a lot of blooming detergent, which I have difficult with as an asthmatic.

Nice, clean, and comfortable room. Good location. Good value for money. Breakfast were okay-ish. I would prefer fresh pastry from bakery to packeged croissants. This B&B is a place where you can hear pretty much any noise. If you plan to be somewhat noisy, better pick a different option:).

Staff was very good and helpful. Coffee was good every morning. They served packed things for breakfast but I prefer fresh croissants. It was take so much time to go touristic places.

The property is very clean , well maintained . Host was prompt in serving us breakfast The property is not very sound proof , the need to move about very quietly in the property makes the stay not that pleasant .. to be told repeatedly 3 times by a note in our door about the rules and regulations is embarrassing haha. Do Take note you must wear shoes or use slippers all the time while in the property even in own room , we are Asian and it is not our custom to do so, therefore we often forget .. no use of hair dryer past 10pm - we often only back to property after 10.30pm or 11pm , that caused us unable to wash our hair .. we won’t be back just because it is hard to enjoy the holiday with so much restrictions which we understand and respect host requests as it was a shared apartment .. Also take note the shower room so small ,if you are big size, you will have problem showering here ..

It is in a very nice neighborhood, there are restaurants and bars in the area and is very close to the metro station (5/10 mins walk). The place is very clean! i recommend it. Very good value for money.
