The room was nice, it had enough space and the bathroom was spacious too. We also got earplugs so the outside noise doesn't affect our sleep which was nice. The common area was very nice and I enjoyed it. The terrace was huge and comfortable. Our toilet was sometimes splashing out even with the close lid. The water in the shower took a while to heat up. The cushion on the bed was nice but it was too soft so you fall into it and can be a bit uncomfortable if you have back problems. The staff was communicative prior to our arrival, but as soon as we got there we didn't receive a reply regarding any of our questions nor a message after we left to confirm our check out.

Me and my partner got 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days.

Location was good, the terrace was ok. The host was helpful even if it was late. The location is noisy, you can hear ALL the noise from the street. The external bathroom had problems with the key, we had trouble using it. The kitchenette was kind of small and another guest fried onions at 10.30 p.m. - that was awful, all the smell entered our rooms.

Near stores, metro. Quiet. Guests were respectful. The kitchen is small but serves its purpose. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small but I can't complain. I'd stay here again. .

Easy to get to by bus or tram, very basic and kind of dorm-y; but clean and a good option for travelers on a tight budget. Bathroom is outside the bedroom.

There was a shared kitchen in the common area that was well kept. There was no cleaning service. So if you stay a long period of time you’ll eventually have to get your own toilet paper and wash the hotel towels yourself.

Liked the Kitchen, but we did not use much as we did not stay long during day hours. Pathetic. Too far from City - More time spent travelling to and from the stay. Too far from the nearest metro station. But tram and bus were just available outside a 50mts walk. It takes atleast 30 min if you have to reach to the railway station or City Bus station. One of the worst experiences of stay in Italy. We stayed for 4 days to tour Rome and our requirements was to only use the facility to stay at night, get ready in the morning and go around the city tour. The room was so cramped The table and the shelf were so flimsy that we were scared to load our things on it fearing that it would break. Forget of keeping our suitcase on it. Anything you touch would come off You can see how shabby was our room with all things lying on the bed. No staff seen in all these four days of stay, only what app communication Its an serviced apartment kind The worst nightmare was the bathroom. Very slippery. You need to be very very careful. The bath area was just 2ft 3 inches square in size. I just want to ask David.... have you ever tried taking bath this such small space?? Any reasonable built person once they get inside cannot bend themselves to pick the soap kept on the floor. Yes correct there are no shelf inside the bath area. Its kept on one corner on the floor. Getting to the soap one has to bend and you will get hit by the walls and door of the bath. Really pathetic facility. I will give rating in minus for this reason alone. Any tall person of hight like me just 5 ft and 10 inch, or even 5ft 5 inch or any stout short person cannot bend to reach to the soap. The washbasin did not have a filter to drain but hole, so anything fell in the washbasin by mistake would go down the drain, so have to be careful. But David was very cooperative during our stay I would say as we have to checkout and keep our luggage in the facility till noon. Thanks for that. The instruction provided to self check-in was great, free wifi was available during our stay

It was very clean, the hosts were very nice and was very comfortable room. It is in a bit not safe area you have to be careful, but the transportation is good to the city center which is 20 minutes to the main areas of the city

The room was really confortable. I worked both days from there and everything worked perfectly. The neighborhood has lovely cafes and bars nearby. I can only recommend! Nothing, I like everything.

Nice clean appartment in a quiet location. The host was very kind. The common areas maight be challenging for someone, but it depens on the other guests. Unfortunately we stayed with a very noisy and messy group :(

nothing to say. I was really disappointed with my stay. The room didn’t match the photos at all. It only had a double bed, and there was no bed for the third guest—just a mattress on the floor, no wardrobe either, just a limited space to hang our clothes. Additionally, the bathroom wasn’t ensuite, so we had to leave the room to access it, locking both the room and the bathroom each time. The kitchen was in a real poor condition—dirty, small, outdated, and shared with other guests. There was no reception on-site, and if you had any questions, you had to send a WhatsApp message and wait a few hours for a response. Had to ask for additional toilet papers. The quality of the tap water was the main and biggest concern, and when I asked about it, I didn’t get a clear answer. On top of that, I had to pay €72 in city taxes for a 4-night stay with 3 guests, which felt excessive given the overall quality of the experience. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price.

Room was comfy and cleaned before we went in. TV had all the subscriptions. Very spacious and more than enough for two people. It had a bus stop 2 steps away from the hotel. The cleaning isn't included even though it's mentioned in the description. The staff told us they don't provide the cleaning when asked. (not even towels lol) Air conditioner only worked on cold, the heating mode didn't work. Wifi not working even if you go to the main lobby. Supermarkets nearby close at 8pm. Nearest 24h supermarket was 30min away by feet.

All the sounds from the street and the corridor are very audible in the room. The bathroom is in a separate room, so you always have to go through the corridor to get to your private bathroom. The room is not bad, but definitely not worth the money.

For six days, we didn’t have a new towel and had to keep using the same one, which couldn’t dry in the bathroom because there was no dryer outside. Additionally, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor in both the room and the apartment overall.

Rome public transport was a little complicated since streets are under construction and I would spend 30 euros one way to the town center every time. It’s only a 16min ride to center but Ubers were expensive! Overall a great location if you want to stay outside town center but ends up being expensive to ride into town and Rome landmarks. Fiumicino Airport was 80 euros
