It was supposed to be close to the train station but it wasn't, it was no way I could have walk there.

location near metro and value of money, staff very friendly . nothing

Property was clean and staff was polite. I liked this place. Good choice. It was bit far from central city.

The male receptionist who said he was from Egypt, did something extremely dangerous. First of all, on our arrival, he told us that our reservation is canceled due to declining credit card which was a false statement and after the other receptionist got involved and she noticed that he was looking at a wrong reservation paper. I got upset over this carelessness and told him that he owe me an apology which he didn't. By the next two days, I gave him the room's key, while we were out. On one of those days I strongly believed that he put a bullet in my backpack, which was a dangerous action and I ran into some problems at the airport. I am fixing to get a attorney and have a lawsuit against the hotel. Give me a call at 01-713-884-5841.

Smelled a little bit like cigarettes, seemed kind of worn out, and the place where we left our bags seemed insecure. Parking was supposedly to be provided but it was just find your own street parking

The location is good and easy to locate The fees is much I payed 155 euro for 2 nite and there was no free water in the room and no breakfast at all

Hotel is clean, has good stuff, and it is safe. it was little bit colder

The stuff was friendly and the lobby is very beautiful. I had the option to choose a room where it's allowed to smoke. But on my arrival there were still no smoking signs in my room and no ashtray. Although it was smelling there like an ashtray.

Perfect location, close to metro. Groceries shop outside of the hotel. Nearest bus stop for the centre. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room was quite dark as there was a lack of proper lights and the bed was not comfortable.The bed mattress was not comfy.The air conditioning was turned off as they had some rules to keep it off for 1 month.

Very friendly staff who tried their best to communicate with us, even though we don’t speak italian (they spoke limited english). We also came very late at night - no problem. The staff gave us a warm welcome and smiles. The rooms were clean and had basic amenities like shampoo and soap. Overall for the price it was better than I expected :) The location was okay, there was a lot of graffiti but that applies to all places in Rome that aren’t a major tourist spot. There was a really nice caffe, close to hotel with cheap, tasty cappucino to enjoy in the morning.

Our car got robbed in front of the hotel, and everyone was laughing (including police that came after 1h). I'm not recommending Rome or center+south of Italy. Also, in the facility, the single was too small. The shower was leaking all over the bathroom floor, and the toilet was too close to the shower cabin (5 cm), and you couldn't properly sit on it.

Location was not bad and close to merto The plumbing was not great and we had wet floors with leaks from the shower.

Nice comfortable room with private bathroom and everything you need, even a balcony. It was clean and no noises. Metrostation and bus and tram close (few minutes walking). Some good priced restaurants close. Staff was friendly and let us bring our bags a bit earlier, which was really nice. Good value for money, better than other places in Rome. -
