Abitazione Pigneto bed & breakfast

1. Breakfast is simply amazing. One of the best coffees I've had in Italy and delicious cheese and ham. 2. Great taste in furniture, silverware, and decor. The linens are so cute. 3. Host Giorgio is very warm and helpful, very responsive on WhatsApp, and there's almost no friction in English communication. 4. Pigneto is a hippy, lively, fun neighborhood. There's a pedestrian within 3-minute walk from the B&B with nice bars and restaurants. 1. Although bus stops and metro stops are just nearby, it normally takes ~30 minutes to go to the Termini, which is still a bit of commute if one wants to explore the typical tourist places. 2. The lack of AC can be tough for summer in Rome. The fan worked most of the time and I didn't mind the heat, but those who cannot survive 30C+/90F+ might want to be careful.

We liked the location, could walk to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and we felt welcome there.

The price was excellent for a well kept place. Good area. Really felt safe and comfortable. Great patio to sit back and chill to have a glass of wine and enjoy his many family of cactus. Truly home away from home. Location was further from the historic landmarks than I thought but that is the trade off for price.

Georgio is freest very,very helpful and pleasant to talk to. He is knowledgeable over everything and helpful. We appreciated his help and hope to see him again. It is a shame with the graffiti because it gives a false impression of the neighborhood.

It's in a great neighborhood filled with local people. Sadly, there was no A/C. However, there is a nice breeze provided you leave the bedroom door open.

Our host Giorgio was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us with directions and our sightseeing plans. Location was walking distance to Bars and Restaurants. And a short tram ride to the city. Room was clean and comfortable. We really have no complaints. My first impression on arrival was a little apprehensive as there is graffiti everywhere, but l later learned that it was everywhere. We did enjoy the area.

Basically everything was beyond our expectations, but the host is especially amazing, true example of Italian hospitality! The breakfast is just enough to leave you satisfied, it's not too heavy so that you can enjoy the local trattorias.

BREAKFAST SMALL. GIORGIO VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFULL NO AIRCONDITIONING. BREAKFAST SHOULD BE MORE . PARKING IS FREE ON THE STREET BUT DIFFICULT TO FIND. GIORGIO HELPED US WITH THE PARKING.

The host is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Rome. The location is great as Pigneto has a wonderful pedestrian street full of bars and cafes as well as other shops. The tram to Termini station is great and the 81 bus goes to the colosseum and Vatican. Breakfast is good. Nothing

Really lovely host, helpful and friendly, and made a really yummy breakfast for us. Comfortable bed and great facilities and location. Overall, I would highly recommend this B&B! WiFi didn’t work very well but other than that, the stay was perfect.

The appartment was nice, clean with great terrace for relaxing. Also, host was great, very pleasent. //

I liked everything, the host was so polite and helpful. The area was so full of places to eat good and drink something, and so full of evening life. Metro and tram very near. The location was very clean, and spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, we will comeback one day! Everything was ok.
