The location was great. They gave us a bottle of good prosecco, and some snacks and drinks. The owners informed us the day of, that the sauna wasn’t working. That’s fine, things happen. The LED lights didn’t have a remote control, so it wasn’t very “romantic”. It took FOREVER to fill the tub, and by the time we got in, it wasn’t very hot. The jets are not the best either. It smelled like cigarette smoke, so we woke up with major headaches and stuffy noses. They do have options for massages, room service dinners, but you need to book them in advance.

Great host, very helpful and kind. Location is right near two different metro lines and the bus. Good value if you're willing to take public transportation

Jacussi, Sauna, friendly staff, location next to the metro station. - AC and heating was not working properly and it was too cold in the room, which ruined the Spa-experience. - Our repeated complain regarding the heating was answered more than a day later after we checked out. They fixed the AC problem once, but later it stopped working again till we left the room. - The sound Isolation is catastrophe! We heard every cough in the neighbouring room as if it was the same room. Not quite nice for a romantic experience. - Parking is very difficult there. You need to be very lucky to find a public parking place which is paid of course. Organising a private parking in a garage is too expensive. - The LED lights behind the bed were not working. - The price is too much for the poor service. - No wardrobe for the cloths. You’ll need to keep things and cloths in your bag. - It’s not really a breakfast, but rather snacks. - It’s an infrared Sauna, and not a Finnish sauna. You need to stay at least 30 minutes inside to start feeling the heat, only on the upper prt of the body. Suggestions for the staff: - You could leave instructions regarding troubleshooting the AC and heating. For example changing the modes between hot and cold causes error and makes the AC stop working. - Keep an eye on the customer complains to fix it during their stay and not after they leave. - Milk was not refilled after the first day. It is nice with the coffee. - One more bigger towel for the shower could be nice. One needs enough towels for the sauna, and spa in general.

The room was magnificent! We absolutely loved the jacuzzi bath, the sauna and the decor. There was amazing touches throughout, lots of little snacks, drinks and a bottle of wine included. The little hearts scattered around, the candles and bath sale supplied. The bed was super comfy. Both nights, the room next to us was playing music incredibly loud and having loud conversations and what can only be described as adult entertainment industry sounds! It went on until about 4am. The property states that after 11pm noise should be minimal but there is nobody to enforce this. We knocked on the rooms door a few times but they took about 15 minutes to hear us, and then they would just start back up again. We had hoped for a nice relaxed break with the cost of the room but we left absolutely exhausted and sad that we spent so much money to sleep somewhere we didn’t get any sleep. The wood on the sauna was also a little warped so that it caused a big gap and it didn’t really get hot.

Amazing property such an amazing room with everything you need including being able to have a jacuzzi bath and sauna to rejuvenate your body after a long day of walking around Rome. The staff were 10/10 (Especially the young man upon check in) so helpful with everything you’d need and more, could contact them anytime about absolutely anything. Would definitely recommend only walking distance from most tourist attractions in Rome. Restocked all of our fridge and snacks every day!! The breakfast is just packaged corn flakes, croissants and biscuits etc. wouldn’t be my cup of tea but nice to snack away if needed.

Beautiful and very clean room, good location, kind service. The breakfast was a bit unusual but still ok (and it's pretty comfortable having it in the room anytime & it's refilled daily).

Very lovely place specially for honeymooners. If you plan to use the metro its really 30 seconds away so you can reach every where. Nothing

Our experience and staying in this hotel was amazing and incredible. All was perfectly wonderful, including staff (reception operator), all facilities, location (close to circus Massimo), comfortable bed and jacuzzi, all all was absolutely fantastic ❤️the hotel exceeded our expectations! I forgot to mention about fantastic shower with massage......thanks a lot ❤️ Nothing

Check in was smooth and easy. Great communication all the way. The room was amazing ?. The jacuzzi soothed our aching muscles after travelling for so long. The sauna was a lovely treat as well. The room was spotless and the welcome gifts were fantastic ?. We couldn't close the window so it was loud at night. But that's a small price to pay for staying in a big city. We will recommend your hotel to our friends 10 out of 10 xx Nothing

Staying at the location was a wonderful experience! The very involved and helpful staff, cleanliness, wonderful jacuzzi and the free minibar more than enough! Very close to the metro with which you can reach the center very quickly. I can't wait to come back! N/A

The room is OK as per pictures When we booked this place we had done a search on Booking.com requesting 4/5 star Hotel and this property came up. I have no idea why because this property is not a hotel. It is an apartment in a block of flats which has been converted into 4 bedrooms. The description on Booking .com states: Accommodation with city views - you only see the building across the road. Access to a sauna & hot tub - These are the same you have in your room. Accommodation Features a lift - This is a very small lift barely fits 2 people and 2 luggages and it is one of the old lifts with manual doors, so if someone leaves a door open (as happened to us upon arrival) you have to take the stairs, luggages and all, as the lift does not work. And the flat is on the sixth floor. Among other things the apartment includes a wardrobe or closet (only a clothes stand) and a coffee machine and a kettle. It mentions often it has a tea/coffee maker. No kettle was found and for a tea person like me that was very difficult. Italian breakfast available every morning at the bed and breakfast - This means a few biscuits, croissant and cereal packets in your room and do it yourself. A bar can be found on site - Nowhere to be found unless they refer to a third party bar in the corner near the block of flats which has nothing to do with the property. Most Popular Facilities - Parking. The property has no parking. There is only on street parking at a payment if you are lucky to find a slot. Socket near bed - True. But these are the only sockets in the whole apartment apart from those of the fridge, coffee machine and hair dryer. Entire unit located on ground floor - ONE BIG FAT LIE. The apartment is on the 6th floor.
