The room was clean but the stairs going up were not and the shower was very small and had not been properly cleaned with hairs on the tiles - yuk :(

It was too Cold and they on the heating very late plus there was not a duet are blanket it' was light bad cover and light blanket type of cover it's ok for summer but not for winter it was really cold my body was hurting because of Cold

Very Accommodating Sammy.. good service rapport to guests.. Just stiff stairway for Seniors like me...but manageable.

Was disappointing, the room was extremely hot, and small. There were ants in the room, they are so small you can hardly see then, but my boyfriend and I got biten by them. I thought by the reviews that they had AC but no, just a fan

The staff were friendly, helpful, and very service-oriented. it’s worth staying there to experience true authenticity. Our room did not have our room did not have air conditioning.

The room was clean , quite big , the host was excelent, the location is at 5 minutes from bus station to center and about 20 minutes to center, the breakfast was ok (boiled egss,some ham,chesee, jam,croissant and coffee)

The room was clean, and so was the shower. Close to metros/train system, In room 1 there is no aircon and it was extremely hot, with 4 rooms sharing 1 shower/toliet. Woke up many times soaked in sweat.

Everything was neat, the people, the facilities. Perhaps the breakfast was too sweet to me, but I know it is an Italian breakfast and I really appreciated having it included.

It has a very nice garden, where you can have the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and help us with everything we ask. The room was a little bit too small for me.

Staff were ok but the facility is old and ancient. No lifts,no AC, defective fans and very far from the city thus taxi drivers hustled us on charges and drove like maniacs Old and very far from the city The owner needs to upgrade this ancient hotel
