They forced me to pay 50 Euros more, or they wouldn't give me the key. This needs to be refunded to me. They steal from guests. There were other 4 guests that went to the desk and complained to the manager, she simply said there was a mistake in the rate advertised. this property need to be flagged and taken off from booking.com. They are thieves and steam peaople's hard earned money.

The property is tucked away from the Main Street so you don’t hear the street noise. The location -is located in the Pigneto neighborhood which is about 22 mins from the center (by car- taxi) if you decide to walk which i did overall safe and there’s a row of restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating

Only the food nothing else I was sleeping and someone from the stuff just entered on my room while i was inside, and no knocking nothing just entered and i just woke up i saw him and asked what are you doing, he said im just leaving some water for you. I dindt belive him becouse after i looked my bagage i lost one bracelet and i didnt find it anymore. For me this hotel was a disaster. The location is far, the facilities are old, only the food was better nothing else, the price is very high but not the service.

The location was great & easy to get to! Right behind the property was the cutest little street of venues for late night dining and enjoying a beverage listening to music! The restaurant doesn’t open till 7a and there isn’t even coffee in the lobby! This made making those early mornings for a tour and flights rougher than they needed to be! Even cheap hotels have coffee in the lobbies!

Staff were all amazing - the breakfast spread is pretty unreal and they even offer to make you a cappuccino or espresso or latte in their cafe but also have self serve pretty decent automated espresso machines. Super cool square to walk to for dinner just around the corner - lots and lots of food options. Do appies at 3 places and walk around instead of a meal! Fun!! Distance to the big sites - but good exercise if you want to walk. Transport was relatively easy though we walked nearly everywhere
