Location was a short walk from the bus terminal. The staff were the friendliest of our whole trip. It was very easy to book both the private gym and private spa. The room was incredible and very quiet. I stored bags for a few hours after check out, and there were no issues at all. Would stay here again. The drinks at the bar were a bit too pricy, but that's literally the only downside I encountered. At the end of the day, I was out drinking in the city anyway, so this wouldn't prevent me from staying here again.

In my view, the hotel and the room met all my expectations for a 4-star property. Given its central location in Rome, the room is understandably on the smaller side, but it is more than adequate and very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, well equipped, and finished to a high standard. Both the room and bathroom are tastefully appointed, with a modern and functional design. The staff are exceptionally courteous and responsive to any requests. The location is ideal: within walking distance of Rome's major attractions and Termini station, yet far enough from the busiest tourist areas to provide a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. The downsides are very minor. To be picky, the work desk is located in a window alcove, which can make laptop use a little challenging when the sun is strong. However, this is a small issue and did not materially affect my stay.

I loved the staff. Anyone was so friendly. The location is great and the amenities were also wonderful. I’ll be coming back here for sure.

Starting from the staff who were really kind, welcoming and professional, everything was pleasant and enjoyable, the staff and the structure were very welcoming, also the location was convenient and arriving by car we parked in front of the hotel Unfortunately our room was on the first floor, it didn't have a window and so I missed the light a bit especially when I woke up, but for the rest it was clean and well organised, the bathroom was large and full of comforts

Lots of charm. Great location near Termini station but far from the noise. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Room was dark when the curtains were closed and all the lights were on.

Beautiful rooms, clean and well appointed. Very cool atmosphere. The spa was a great option, along with the steam room and sauna. Great food nearby. The smell of the hot tub was just a little musty, but after such a long hot day in Rome, we didn't care. We prefer to walk and use public transport on vacation, so the location was a little far from the metro in the heat of summer, but other times I don't think we would have minded so much.

Cool design and friendly staff Was put in the windowless first floor/ basement. Well there was a window but it was for decor ( not able to open or see through it) and there was no natural light- it would have been nice to be told this.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The interior is beautiful, modern, and very well designed, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. A special thank you to Daniela at the reception — she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, and truly made the stay even better. The only downside was the room size, as the rooms are quite small. Additionally, some rooms have bathtubs or shower–bathtub combinations, while we personally prefer a separate walk-in shower room.

The location of the hotel was not ideal.

It’s great as it’s seen in the photos, the room is very comfortable with amenities. Breakfast is yummy, reserved spa is top gesture and they even provide you powerbank and portable WiFi which is really essential and special thanks to staff. I would love to stay or recommend here when I hear Rome to visit Nothing at all

The decor was nice, rooms were clean and the spa was relaxing! Staff also super helpful and kind. Everything was great!

Daniella was extremely amazing, she made sure that we had an upgrade to our room and complimentary breakfast each day. Daniella is a superb employee. The kitchen staff could be nicer. Nonetheless, I had a very nice stay. The breakfast staff was a little rude.

Property was good & great location

Great staff and location. Room service was wonderful. Just wish the shower was completely covered instead of the half door

Friendliest staff ever, they were very accommodating and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. The facilities and amenities are also fantastic. The spa and gym were so nice and private and the entire hotel’s decor is amazing. I would come back for a longer stay next time! Nothing, I loved it all

Elevator extremely small, hotel is nice however rooms are a little older and smaller but nicely redone. Not really close to the center. Gelato place across the street on corner was too tier.
