The welcome was exceptionally warm. She tracked our arrival time and guided us continuously until we reached the hotel. Everything was explained professionally and clearly, always with a friendly attitude. Rossana thinks of everything for you. Whatever you need for exploring, just let her know. Every day when we returned to our room, we were greeted with sweet surprise treats. Our room was very quiet and had a nostalgic charm. Extra convenience was provided for using the kitchen. A special dining area was arranged for us. She also never forgot our daughter, always leaving extra sweets and chocolates for her. I would definitely consider staying here again on our future visits. Everything was excellent; it seemed that the door handles and the bed could use a bit of oiling, but this is something that can be easily fixed.

Rossana was a fabulous host, hoing above and beyond, makong us cakes and leaving food in our room. The room was lovely and the location good for the metro and accessing the tourist hotspots Nothing, it was all good

Rossanna, she is the landlady she was so friendly and we had such a good time in the "Aquirius Inn", every day a cake as a present in the room. The position of the Apartment is perfect, nearly everything by foot rechable. A quite street, our apartment was situated in the back, so no noise at all. We met nice people from Sweden. In the street several good restaurants, from the train station only 7 Min. walk. The best Gelateria just around the corner. Rossana was very helpful, she gave us all important information for a 4 day trip in Rome. We did not expect, that we would have other people in the flat, because it is a large flat with 3 rooms, every room is a seperate a apartment with. The room door has a gap, so we could hear everything from the neighbours.

Rossana is a terrific hostess and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. The location of her property Is great, very close to all the major sites. She’ll give you lots of tips for great places to eat, and may even spoil you with some of her own home-baked goodies! The street is busy with restaurants so it’s sometimes a bit noisy. You may have to keep the windows closed.

Loved the apartment, spotlessly clean and very central to Termini. Rosanna was the perfect host who looked after our every need. Thank you, Rosanna, for the numerous treats you left for us every day. Highly recommend this accommodation Nothing

The location is near the train station so it was very easy to reach the apppartment. Also, Rossana was very helpful and we have to thank her for everything. I surely recommend booking this appartment.

Hi everyone! We stayed at Aquarius Inn in Rome with Rosanna from January 9 to January 23 and were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent - close to Rome’s main attractions, two metro stations, and Termini railway station, which makes it easy to travel anywhere in Italy. The host is incredibly attentive: upon arrival, she gave us a very detailed orientation that lasted almost an hour, explaining how everything works in the apartment, where to eat, how to get around the city, and even marking the main places to visit on a map. The room was always perfectly clean and had a private bathroom. A light breakfast and coffee were included, and after each cleaning we were pleasantly surprised with tasty little treats. The host was always available on WhatsApp and genuinely happy to help with any questions. A very warm welcome and a true feeling of care - we would happily stay here again. Igor and Max.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is great, only about a 20-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and the street is very quiet, which made our nights peaceful and relaxing. What truly made our experience unforgettable was Rossana’s incredible hospitality. She welcomed us so warmly, providing plenty of tips, maps, and recommendations to help us explore Rome like locals. Every evening, when we returned to our room, there was always a freshly baked cake waiting for us, made by her such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Rossana really made us feel at home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.
