We were able to check-in late. The location is close to station Termini and a good point to start a city walk. Sometimes there is no hot water when showering, and the water does not drain properly. Breakfast is included but its not much, we went for breakfast outside. Don't expect too much value for the money.

The room was basic, reasonably clean, but small. The beds were uncomfortable. The hotel stated that breakfast was included, but in reality there was only a small room with a coffee machine and packaged toast available. The breakfast advertised as included was misleading. Very nice and accomodating host

The staff was really kind and there was free water available for drinking, the place was quite enough for sleeping and there were good restaurants around. That is something I really appreciated. The private bathroom was smelling bad, it seem clean so I assume there was a problem with the pipe system. I struggle to sleep because of the smell as I am very sensitive to them

The location is good, about 20–30 minutes on foot from the main attractions, and there are bus stops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Lulu, provided excellent service and helped us with our questions, we’re very grateful for that:) The soundproofing is a bit weak

We had our breakfast at a room with sun shining in. There were cakes and tea/coffee to make sure you have a good start of the day! The host lady was very sweet and welcoming, always carrying a big smile. She let us store our luggages before our check-in time. Besides this, the location was very good as well! Maybe the sound proof can be better! I woke up during the night bc someone came back:(

Lu was nice and welcoming. Access was easy. The location is perfect, center, close to train station, a whole lot of restaurants. Coffee, tea and everything else on the reception. The shower head holder was missing, so showering with free hands wasn't possible. The noise isolation is missing totally. No breakfast literally, just a couple of prepacked buns and some crackers. No water in the fridge.

Lulu was very helpful and informative. She gave me a map of the city and explained the bus route to take, to and from the B&B. Also Roma Termini is two bus stops away. Take bus 16, it's just a 3 minute walk to Volturu. So you can go anywhere in the city from there.

Closeness to Roma Termini Very small, no space if you want to stay 2 people more than one night. I would recommend as a place to stay the night before your flight.

Nice place, nice host, excellent location if you come or leave Rome by train. All major historical sight seeings are accessible by walking.

Great location and service! The B&B's entrance is small but the room and bathroom is pretty spacious, light, and clean. Also, Mrs. Lulu's bubbly personality is worth the stay. She is super helpful and organized, and takes care of her B&B responsibly. The cost includes breakfast but don't expect anything extraordinary (cornetto and caffè at a local bar under the B&B). Regardless, it's much better than the usual packaged muffins and machine coffee.

I liked the location and the receptionist , she was very kind and friendly. I didn't like the size of the room, it was too small. Also it would be better if they put the kettle in the room. Generally it is good for short term stays. I stayed there only one day.
