Not welcoming people

The bad was really uncomfortable, like a big dip in both sides. The room is not what it looks like in the photos, had no air conditioner and no fan, so we had to keep the balcony window open which led to a horrible night of sleep because of the noise Also the room is not in the same place as the reception, which feels very weird for a "hotel"

Excellent location, clean and the receptionist was very pleasant and willing to help.
-
central location, spacious room with balcony, amazing kind staff, comfortable bed toilet was sometimes not flushing
-
- Good restaurant options nearby - Bed is not good - You can not control de Air Conditioning unless you pay - They do not change the bathroom kit every day, but every 2 days - The worst: you can not control the heating system. It is controlled for the whole building. And it is supposed to work from 8PM to 8AM of the other day. The 3 nights I spent there it didnt work in 2 of them and one night was really cold making me wake up freezing in the middle of the night.

Very ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything went smoothly from booking to checkout. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Wonderful, welcoming staff.

the location was fantastic. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the neighbors were loud till deep into the evening and were smoking cigarettes that would leak into my room while i was trying to relax and rest.

The room was not clean. They gave us a thin blanket to cover ourselves. We asked for it later and it was brought the next day. Even though the cleaners came every day, it was still not clean. We asked for extra shampoo. They brought unused shampoo from another room. There were hairs on it.

Very helpful staff. Centrally located. Little pricey for the style of hotel!

We had an amazing stay in hotel il papavero! The stuff was really helpful and friendly and the room was constantly clean. Bonus points for the cutest little balcony we had in our room. Great spot next to a metro and several bus stations. Totally recommend, until next time!

Loved the room, the location was 20 min walk to the trevvy fountain which wasn’t too bad when your walking in the sun. Theres loads of restaurants around the hotel the best one is a two min walk away called something like bacco that was amazing opens at 7pm and it’s a fancy restaurant overall loved it Only the shower was a bit annoying as the water was spraying in different directions and had to be quick to shut the shutters so the floor didn’t get wet but nothing wrong with the hotel

I stayed with My mom and my dad. It was important for me to my family feel comfortable and good price . . And also location is nearby termini and touristic attractions. This is exactly we were looking for . The ladies in the receptions I met three of them they were really kind and welcoming. They helped us whatever we needed . Thank you again .

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Termini station, making it easy to get to and from the airport and also to take the train to other parts of the country. The staff was so wonderful and went out of their way to make everything a lovely stay for us. The room was great, the photos are accurate. The room had a big set of windows that opened up to a small balcony, so it was easy to get fresh air. There were curtains over the windows so the room would get quite dark, helping with getting a good night's rest. The bed and pillows were comfortable, towels and soap were nice and regularly provided. The room and areas were cleaned quite regularly. There was a small fridge in the room. The water pressure was great and the showers heated up quickly and stayed that way for the duration of my shower. Others mentioned some safety concerns of the area, but I walked around the area at 1am and 3am to catch buses and trains, and barely anyone was out. I felt completely safe and didn't have any issues whatsoever. I felt the area was great and there were a lot of great restaurants, markets and other amenities in the area, including incredible Chinese cuisine, Ethiopian restaurants and gelato. The room's door was a bit thin, so it was easy to hear people outside in the hallway at night. I could hear someone's crying baby in another room as a result unfortunately. There was an interesting issue with the water pipes being very loud on occasion.

The location is in a nice neighborhood, very close to the main train station and walking distance from the city center. The bed was quite comfortable, plenty of towels were provided, and bed linens and towers were clean. Check-out time at 10:30 a.m. is a bit early.
