Hotel Lazzari

The staff went out of their way to help us. The elevator is very old, but worked well. My husband was fine using it. I took the stairs ?.

First as a note: the place is more like an Airbnb flat with 5 private rooms rather than a hotel. * Staff are friendly and cooperative * The room and bathroom are clean * Location is near Termini station (5 min. Walk), so it is easy to come and go from the airport * It is good value for money * The room, furniture, and finishings need renovation * The city center is far by walk ... you have to talk (15 min bus)

Ants, there were a lot of them and I'm pretty sure the hotel is aware of them but can't do nothing

Location is perfect for a young couple looking to explore Rome. It’s close enough to all the main attractions, the staff are extremely friendly, and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every morning.

Location is a perfect 20 min walk to the Trevi fountain. Check in was easy and staff are all very friendly. You hear everything, very thin walls, can hear someone on the phone, hair dryer, intimate moments and people walking passed, checking in or out we're loud. Prepare for early mornings.

Location is perfect! Very close to subway and bus stops. 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants around. Also I felt pretty safe during my stay. The worst thing there is that you hear EVERYTHING. When other guys are packing their luggage and their kid is crying at 6:30 am, you feel like it’s right in your room.

Staff friendly and near Termini station Old hotel , dust , no cleaning properly, in the night no reception in the hotel

The location I had to wait for someone to open the door to be able to go inside the building, then I found nobody at reception and then the facilities are a bit old

Clean good location

The room size is good and the street full with restaurants and as solo travel did not feel unsafe at night in the hotel area, i like that there were balcony and the hotel stuff was helpful and helped me providing a fan The room is old and bed not really comfortable ,there is no shower bath but you just take the shower beside the toilet seat , and you need to carry 3 keys for the hotel which is a lot considered we are in 2025 Also if i have the room included with AC i should find the remote and i decide if i use it or not

If you are 90+ kg you cant use bath. Smaller bath ever seen. Not clean. Worst hotel ever stayed

Looking back at the photos, I should have realized the above. I have been to Italy many times so ultimately it was not a problem but might be for anyone who needs conventional hotel services. My room was on the 5th floor overlooking Via Castelfiardo. There was a bit of banging noise in the morning. The room was adequate, clean, and the hotel is in a good location near a Metro and bus lines so once I figured it all out everything was fine.

Central location, dark rooms, they let us leave our bags their for the day because we had a late train leaving rome noisy ineffective AC and tiny shower

The "elevator", if someone left the door open you need to take the stairs going to fifth floor. When you book online, you will have to pay again for "city taxes"when you arrive at the hotel. "Air conditioning" unit is poor.
