Hotel Mosaic

I managed to get rid of the insects, but I'm not sure whether they were mosquitoes or bed bugs. Also, the air conditioning was very weak and didn't cool the room properly.

Location near to Roma Termini Washroom size, room size and only 1 toilet cum washroom for 8 bed may not enough.

You need to provide your own locks, it’s somewhat claustrophobic and also the city tax isn’t included in the listed price, so make sure you don’t get surprised.

Nothing BED BUGS: they are the guests too, "24/7/365' at Mosaic Hotel. What was supposed to be my dream vacation in 2026 turned into a nightmare after staying at the Mosaic Hotel, where I found bedbugs welcoming me. By the way, the front door says "HOTEL'—it's not a shithole hostel. If you don't know about these insects, they'll send you free information (as they did to me), but they take zero responsibility for what you'll go through. If you're allergic, I honestly don't recommend it. And the best part? The only thing they'll offer you is another room, where the bedbugs come from other guests. According to them, 'These insects come with people, like hair bugs that anyone can meet at schools.’ Are you kidding me? The wifi is the worst in Rome.

Our private room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The room also had an air conditioner, and a beautiful window overlooking the streets of Rome. The desk is manned at all times and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for value for money. Also this place is walking distance from Trevi fountain and Pantheon, and a 5 minute walk from the train station where you can very easily just tap your card, jump on a train and in 3 or 4 stops you’re at the Colosseum

the room was fair, but it was so incredibly hot on the 6th floor even with the ac. and the bathrooms didn’t seem the cleanest

Staff was helpful and super friendly. Free morning coffee or capuchino. You have to bring your own towel or pay for one.

The beds were comfortable The little fridge which was half ice was useless for everyone in the hostel to use. The night staff guy shouldn’t be in the hospitality industry.

It was easy to access. Good located The room was not the best , the door never closed , both nights sleeping with an unlocked door as the electronic system didn’t work, there was a nasty smell all around the room . Like literally Sh*t. We had to keep the window open. There’s a small elevator but you have to choose if you go or your luggage but not together. My second time in Rome and this “hostels” are just trash . Sorry to hit hard but you charge as if it was a great room but you don’t have it yet . It’s an old , WW2 style bunk bed with a sh1tty , thin sort of mattress. Not really recommended. Plus they charge 5€ cash as a tax per night . So you can tell what place is that. I can’t blame staff as they are employees and follow instructions. They were all the time kind and helpful as much as they could .

Close to Termini… close to Vatican city,its in Center in All Tourist spot U had a winderfull experience.. 10 star

There were a few issues. The room and bathroom were both quite small, and housekeeping removed my bottles of water from the room, which was inconvenient.
