bathroom draining was very bad, blockage in shower place, shower was broken, fridge in kitchen not working, no one there to attend when arrived. services were satisfactory

A place very safe. Very clear indication to find the appartment The pizza restaurant near the building is excellent. Conviniences very near to the building. Paying a tourist tax to acces to place when it's indicated that all has been paid on Booking.com No breakfast, we had to go outside for eating in the morning The bed lack in confort, the TV was working but no battery within the tv remotes. There is a kitchen but the fridge is not working so we couldn't had something fresh during our stay. The kettle was not working. The faucet is malfunctioning and it was difficult to clean our dished with no cleaning product

We couldn't enter the room because we didn't receive the information for self-check-in beforehand, and no staff responded to messages or answered the phone. We waited for more than an hour without any service, and when we requested a cancellation since we needed to book another hotel at the last minute, they contacted us and refused to refund the money.

The biggest pros were location and contact with the staff 2 of 3 days I hadn’t hot water, there were 2 windows unfortunately both of them didn’t have a handle that why there were complete darkness all the time because they were fully covered with shutters. Whatsmore bathroom window didn’t have a handle neither and were permanently open but covered with shutters and it was freezing cold in bathroom and in the room when the bathroom door were opened

It was nice. Good price to conditions. There was clean, we had towels. Side beds were poor. Main bed was very good. Localisation was good, close to many places, less then 10 kin to metro station and airport transfers. Side beds, kitchen was poor

The location was close to the train station. We first waited to review all other properties on our European vacation - the rest ranged from very good to exceptional. This accommodation, however, was by far the weakest of this trip, and all past overseas trips undetaken over 30 years. On arrival, we could not find the property. No signage, and eventually figured out it is an apartment off the street, with a small name on one of various buzzers. The buzzer was not answered, and we were left on the sidewalk. We eventually gained access through another occupant staying in one of the other bedrooms, who could fortunately speak some English. On entry we realised the property was managed remotely, with no management on site. We wanted to leave our bags at reception (nothing of the sort available) whilst exploring and whilst awaiting our check-in time (as other facilities offer with ease). To put it lightly, a considerable amount of difficulties and unpleasant (bordering on insulting) conduct was received from the proprietor (over the phonr). This was really sad, with it being my son's first visit to Rome (myself having visited before, and excited to return), and a really unpleasant start to our Eurpean vacation (which fortunately was exceptional through the rest of Italy, Switzerland and France after this distressing accommodation and experience. The facilities were average, and liveable, but the management/staff, were really distressing and disappointing, with a lack of what would otherwise be normal amenities.

Just location was good a bit close to train station ,just only that. The entry really poor and no air in the building , And one light on in the bed area , and matres really uncomfortable makes wake up all the time .
