10min from train station A clean and quite hotel After 4pm reception is closed, however the check in can be done by visiting nearby sister hotel. Communication was clear and easy. Staff is super friendly and considerate. This is a good choice for people travelling solo. Everything is provided and AC works perfectly .

Conveniently located not far from Termini Station Air conditioner was not cooling enough.

Location is close to Termini station, 30 mins walk from the majority of sightseeings. 1. Reception working hours are very short (till 16:30). We arrived ~21:00 and had to go with our luggage 3 streets away to another hotel of this chain for check-in. Breakfasts are also in that building. This is very inconvenient. 2. We stayed for 4 nights and for some reason we were not given normal big body towels since the 2nd night, only small ones. As we were leaving early morning and coming back late evening - we could not ask reception for help on this as it was n/a. 3. Also room under the roof does not have any view: half of it is closed by the roof, half of it is just the wall of the next building.

The windows are still with one glass. Even with AC on max it was cold at night (in January)

Th staff was nice! They called me a taxi! Although I booked an night here, when I accidentally booked the wrong night- even with additional refundable fee paid, they would not refund the money. I did book another night here… but regret it! It is horrible… small elevator. Shower leaks. Feels unclean.

Great stay

Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure also was good. Decor was lovely. Hotel staff is not on site in the evenings and then until 7:30 in the morning. They have a partner hotel nearby, but I am not sure I felt totally comfortable with this. The walls were also a bit thin, and with someone singing(?) in the room next door it was a bit difficult to sleep. However, for a hotel in this location everything was good.

All good. Just don't expect a great view from your room; you'll see the backside of other houses.

We liked the location! Walking distance from the termini station. We walked late at night snd felt safe. So many closeby cafes that opened at 6 am we were able to grabe coffee before our flight. Front desk was great! The bathroom was not clean, there was curly hair on the wall and the shampo/body wash as empty. They did not even check it. Very unfortunate. It looked like they were not done cleaning but we checked in at 9 pm.

Very cold rooms..

Good value, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is renovated which is great and the hotel location is great. It’s a bit far from the center but it’s located in a quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable room with all essential amenities, within walking distance from Rome's main train station. Staff are polite, welcoming, and will happily give you plenty of suggestions on things to do around Rome. The hotel itself is relatively small and quiet, but it's part of the Bzar hotel chain. A bigger Bzar hotel is located minutes away from this location and you will be able to make use of amenities like a sauna at the big location, even if you book here. If you decide to add in breakfast, your breakfast buffet (including many delicious pastries, fruits, salads, juices, and great coffee) will be at the bigger hotel nearby. We opted to include breakfast and were not disappointed. The hotel also has a laundry service.

Location to train station Very tiny room with a window very high up and very little light. Was like a dark cell.
