The only downside was the old air conditioner. After running for more than 40 minutes, which is understandable given the extreme heat, it started leaking water. We placed a towel underneath it, but it quickly became soaked, leaving a damp, musty smell in the room. In addition, the constant dripping noise from the air conditioner can make it difficult to fall asleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper.

Nothing air-conditioning was working.

Decent location, easy check in and check out. The room is a little small, but this wasn’t a big issue for us. The walls are thin, and we were woken but a group of people talking loudly and walking up the stairs around 3am on our first night. The shower head is mounted way too high for the shower. If you turn it on without pulling the shower head out of the mount, it will spray the the walls of the bathroom, rather than inside the shower. To avoid this, you have to pull the shower head down and hold it throughout the duration of the shower. Showering is obviously still doable, just slightly inconvenient.

Fast Check-in . Beds were confortable. There were tea and coffee in the room. Location is good and close the the Rome main train station. The rooms are placed on the 5th and 6th floor from a particular building. The elevator (very small) was not working so we had to take all the backpacks and luggage from street level to 5th and 6th floor. The trip was done with a senior who struggled to claim up the stairs.

I do not recommend it. It's extremely bad, there are no services, and the smells are awful. A very bad experience; it's the first time I've seen such a bad hotel. Loud noise and drunkenness close to dawn.

Pros: Good location - 10 min walking from Roma termini. Clean beds and towels, clean bathroom, decent clean room. Although we were scared about some reviews, our room was ok, we had hot water anytime of the day. Even if we stayed only 2 nights, first morning we got our room cleaned and changed towels. We could also let our bags at the reception after our checkout, free of charge, until our flight in the evening. Saw reviews about "bad area". The area can look a bit shady and dirty in the night (after 23) like any area near a train station in any country, but during the day it's completely safe and populated, and even in the night we found it completly fine. There are some small restaurants and mini market near the hotel (closing at around 22). Cons: The building is very old and the hotel is in a residential building, basically the hotel is at the floor 5 and 6. Shady and small elevator. The rooms are very small but we didnt mind that. The insonorization could have been a bit better. The building being old, there is a persistent mold smell in the whole building. In the hotel rooms and floors they try to hide it with perfume but you can still pick up sniffs of mold. We didn't see any mold in our room or hotel floors, and as I said the room was clean, but as someone with allergies I always felt the need to open windows when arriving in the room.

Location is pretty good, close to Termini and easy to walk from there to the center. Few restaurants nearby. Quite overall and ok clean. The bathroom might need a lift up but everything was working fine. The hotel is at the fifth floor of an old building where the lift was not operating. For us, it wasn't an issue as we are fit and did not mind, but for unfit people, with injuries or disabilities that is a deal breaker. Unfortunately, it was not immediately advertised that that was the situation.

Staff are super super kind!

The Wi-Fi is essentially nonexistent. If you’re in desperate need of a place for one or two nights, it’s doable, but I wouldn’t recommend it beyond that. Only one receptionist was nice and helpful.

The room is small but clean and cozy. It is super cheap considering the location close to location (close to Termini station). The bathroom are ok and they have 24/24 check in service The building is old. During the night I heard some noises because of the toilet of other clients.

The room was terrible it smelled very strange every time we walked in according the front desk person they had upgraded us it did not seem like it The bathroom was small there rust around the heater the shower would leak all over the bathroom floor the toilet was super small could barely sit down and use it there was mildew around the edges of the shower the shower head was full of hard water it was terrible they never cleaned our room after we had left a sign to clean it it was a 0/10 experience

Old fashioned lift but it adds to the charm in my personal opinion

The hotel was totally nice! Very cozy. Comfy bed. Should have provide anmenities.

The bed was comfortable. Our room had an electric kettle. It was clean enough. It was not soundproof. We had to wait in front of the building for 5 minutes because no one was at the reception and the door of the building was closed. It was a shared building and the hotel was at 5th floor. The elevator was scary. The AC was very old and hard to work with.

The only issue is the broken air conditioner (it was 35° C outside). They use a portable one instead of broken. But this is not the same.

Vicinity to Rome Train Station. Bugs in room, shower sprayer was broken. Notified staff. Nothing was done. Toilet seat was loose. Chair on balcony was old and material was tattered. Room was so small there was no place for luggage.
