It felt like an actual hotel. The staff had that care factor. They cared and looked after the littlest thing….. straight away. I would recommend them to all travellers and I will put on my Vlog about them.

Good location, not far from all the sightseeing spots We booked this hotel and then, as usual, bought plane tickets. After the booking, we received a message saying that it’s not possible to check in after 2 a.m. However, our plane was supposed to land at 1:30 a.m. I don’t understand how this hotel operates, as planes arrive in Rome at all hours. It was the first time we found ourselves in such a situation. I’m attaching screenshots of our chat with the hotel. We tried not to argue because we were afraid we would have to spend the night on the street. When we arrived at the hotel, we stood near the door and waited while a man from the hotel smoked a cigarette, making comments about how awful it is to arrive in Rome after midnight. We also had to pay an extra 20 euros, although there is no mention of this fee on the booking page — you only find out after you book. We didn’t say a word, just looked at him and hoped he wouldn’t leave us outside. Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel functions. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was not sufficient — the walls and floor were not properly cleaned. Usually, I don’t pay much attention to such things if the bed and the sanitary ware are clean — and in this case, the sanitary ware and bad was clean. However, after everything that happened, I feel I need to mention all aspects of our stay.

The guy in the reception is super rude and will not turn the heating system till 7 pm and location is not easily accessible

nice stuff, great location, close to everything. the only thing is location in google maps is a little bit confusing, also they have a few buildings but the main location is hostel roma.

the location it’s ok for a night or two with some friends if you want to save some money. but still expensive for what it is the room was really big but not well cleaned, same for the bathroom. there was mold everywhere
