Nice staff, great location!
-
Well situated, very close to Roma Termini. The shower is sooo small, it's hard to move around in there. Your elbows are hitting the walls of the shower.
-
Easily located next to train station, the front desk people are very helpful, the room was spotless. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Windows were shuttered on the outside, so no natural light could come into room.

room cleaning facilities - specially bathroom - shower head with leaking problem

The staff were amazing from the first day until the day we check out, amazing. Room very clean, perfect The only problem was the noise from the rooms next to us.

The hotel is less than 10 min walk from Termini station, we walked around everywhere and it was max 30-40 min walk to all the attractions. The breakfast was very good (No eggs). The housekeeping staff was cleaning the room everyday. The bakery is only 1 block away for quick snacks and there are good places around for lunch/Dinner. When leaving the hotel, you need to submit the keys at the reception for security reasons but we had no issue with that. The shower was a bit messy due to no curtains, but the staff makes sure to clean everything almost everyday

Nice older room with all that we needed. I wished we were able to get light in the room through the window.

Beautiful, had a perfect Rome charm, clean, great staff, that the reception is 24/7

On the third day of our stay, we asked for our room to be cleaned twice, and the receptionist assured us that he would remind the staff. When we came back at night, it was not cleaned. When we came back, there was another receptionist at the desk (Mr. Paul), and he was very apologetic, kind, and accommodating about the issue. There were no eggs for breakfast :( but the rest of the options were good.

The location was quite close to the train station and convenient. The room was quiet and not facing the street. The breakfast was nice. Overall a nice little hotel. The bed was not comfortable, and the television was tiny and didn’t work after a few days, but they replaced it. What I mentioned above, the bed not that comfortable. Also, the room got hot, and there was no way to cool it.

The AC was incredibly loud

The gentleman that works at the front desk in the afternoons, Omech, if I recall his name properly, was amazing, professional, and very kind. He welcomed us and made us feel at home. He went out of the way trying to help us. This is the best treatment we have received at a Hotel in Europe. Thank you so much for everything! Not shower curtain.

Bathrooms are very old and small

Location is 10. Room was good but walls had water damage and paints peel off. No mold smell. No cockroaches. Had problem with lost luggage in taxi and one receptionist, i think his name was Mohamed helped so much to find and get that taxi back and get my disable son's backpack back. He was most kindest.Hello from Lukas? In general all personel were kind. Pictures show they have eggs for breakfast. So i was told by one receptionist that eggs in pics are only ( quote:) "for style" .As North East Europeans our staple breakfast are nutritious eggs and not processed foods like hams and breads. Thats not nice to trick people with false picks of foods.i had chance to get better hotel for same price with no eggs for breakfast. We found breakfast caffee 15min walk away for our daily omlet breakfast. No big deal for some, but for my mentaly disable child who has eggs for breakfast it was very big deal. Other than that, all good.

Clean rooms, with needed space, kind personnel and good breakfast. Good location for walking The building is kind of noisey and the breakfast could use some fruit
